Abstract

This research is a quasi-experimental study that aims to determine the effect of the number block game on the ability to recognize number symbols in Early Childhood Kindergarten of Nur Ichsan before and after being given treatment and to find out whether or not the number block effect has on the ability to recognize the symbols of group A children in Early Childhood Kindergarten of Nur Ichsan. This research, the Number Block Game as independent variable, and the ability to recognize number symbols as dependent variable. The population in this study were students at Early Childhood Kindergarten of Nur Ichsan, Takalar Regency, totaling 25 children. Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study was ten children divided into five children as the experimental group and five as the control group. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and non-parametric analysis. Data analysis results obtained by Asym (2-tailed) = 0.034 <0.05 H1 is accepted, and H0 is rejected, meaning that the ability to recognize number symbols in the experimental class is better than the control class. That proves that the Number Block Game significantly influences the ability to recognize symbols in early childhood numbers.

Abstract

Hasil temuan penelitian ini ketika dilakukan pra-siklus diperoleh hasil; 51,7% siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah atau sebanyak 15 dari 29 siswa. Adapun hasil belajar pada tahapa pra-siklus masih tergolong rendah dan masih terdapat siswa yang belum mencapai KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan inovasi, kreativitas, motivasi dan hasil belajar melalui penerapan model pembelajaran team games tournament pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas VIII.4 SMP Negeri 26 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas atau Classroom Action Research. Penelitian dilakukan selama 2 siklus dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian dalam mengumpulkan data berupa angket motivasi belajar, lembar observasi dan soal pretest posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan motivasi belajar peseserta didik yang didasarkan pada hasil temuan dari siklus I yang diperoleh data 17 orang kategori tinggi dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 24 orang yang masuk kedalam kategori tinggi. Adapun data hasil belajar yang diperoleh mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sebanyak 17 orang telah tuntas dan pada siklus II sebanyak 23 siswa telah tuntas.

Abstract

Premium rice “PB Rahma 35,” which is processed hygienically and in accordance with Islamic business principles, is the flagship product of CV. Rahma 35, a rice milling company located in Sidrap, South Sulawesi. However, the company's dependence on a single supplier, intense competition, and lack of transaction transparency make it difficult to gain the trust of suppliers and customers. This study recommends methods to enhance production, digital marketing, and direct sales while identifying supply chain management issues such as communication with suppliers and product quality perception. Interview results indicate that timely payments and support services like transportation and fertilizer assistance are crucial for building partner trust. These findings assist CV. Rahma 35 in improving its competitiveness and business procedures. The objectives of this community service activity are: to improve communication and transparency between CV. Rahma 35 and its business partners, use guidance and training to strengthen fair and sustainable partnership structures, and establish a feedback system to evaluate and enhance partner trust. Conducted from March to May 2025, the CV. Rahma 35 Management Team actively participated in: Program planning through FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and evaluating the results of the community service program together with the team. Through strategic efforts such as conducting focused group discussions (FGD), strengthening the partnership system, and providing complaint services via WhatsApp, CV Rahma's community service program has successfully increased client trust.
