Abstract

This study investigates the role of fintech in promoting green innovation among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) worldwide. This paper analyses various research studies and highlights key aspects of fintech’s contributing to sustainable business practices. Firstly, fintech supports access to finance through digital platforms and innovative financing models such as peer-to-peer lending (P2P), enabling SMEs to invest in environmentally friendly technologies. Secondly, green financing mechanisms such as crowdfunding and blockchain technology facilitate transparent and accountable investments in sustainable projects. Thirdly, fintech promotes the digitalization of business operation processes, increasing efficiency and reducing carbon footprints. Furthermore, fintech contributes to developing financial literacy, empowering SMEs to make better decisions about sustainable investments. The study also explores how fintech incentives, such as rewards for eco-friendly purchases, could drive consumer demand for sustainable products. To sum up, fintech plays a vital role in fostering green innovation among SMEs by providing better access to finance, promoting transparency, introducing eco-friendly technologies, and expanding market access. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menimbulkan tantangan besar bagi perekonomian global, termasuk Indonesia, yang mengalami kontraksi signifikan. Namun, sektor pertanian menunjukkan resiliensi dengan tetap menjadi penopang ketahanan pangan dan perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberlanjutan sektor pertanian pasca Covid-19, dengan menekankan empat variabel utama: adopsi teknologi digital, ketahanan rantai pasok, ketersediaan input pertanian, dan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 petani di delapan provinsi utama penghasil pangan di Indonesia, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS, disertai uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan sektor pertanian, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Adopsi teknologi digital (X1) menjadi variabel paling dominan dengan koefisien Beta tertinggi, diikuti oleh dukungan kebijakan pemerintah, ketahanan rantai pasok, dan ketersediaan input pertanian. Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,602 mengindikasikan bahwa 60,2% variasi keberlanjutan pertanian dapat dijelaskan oleh model, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pembangunan pertanian pasca pandemi yang berorientasi pada transformasi digital, diversifikasi distribusi, ketersediaan input berkelanjutan, dan kebijakan pemerintah yang inklusif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengambil kebijakan, pelaku usaha pertanian, dan pemangku kepentingan lain dalam merumuskan strategi adaptif untuk memperkuat ketahanan pangan dan keberlanjutan sektor pertanian di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, salary, and work environment on employee job satisfaction with work motivation as a moderating variable. The study was conducted at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Deli Serdang Regency with a quantitative approach and census method on 89 respondents. Data processing used SmartPLS to test the structural model. The results showed that financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on work motivation, but did not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Salary had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, but was not significant on work motivation. The work environment had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, but was not significant on work motivation. Meanwhile, work motivation did not show a significant effect on job satisfaction. These findings indicate that increasing financial literacy and perceptions of fair salary can increase employee motivation and job satisfaction, while poor work environment conditions can decrease job satisfaction.
