Abstract

This research aims to develop an E-LKPD Word Search Based on Live Worksheets for the English Subject Unit 11 Class IV Elementary School which is declared suitable for use based on validity, practicality and effectiveness tests. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages. The validity of E-LKPD is known from the results of the E-LKPD material validator with a gain of 96% and the E-LKPD media validator 91%. Practicality is known from the results of educational practitioner questionnaires of 94% and student responses of 94% after product trials were carried out. The effectiveness of E-LKPD is known from the percentage of student learning completion of 82% with an N-Gain of 0.65. So E-LKPD Word Search Based on Live Worksheets in English Subjects is suitable for use.

Abstract

Micro teaching adalah salah satu mata kuliah yang wajib diikuti oleh mahasiswa yang menempuh program studi pendidikan keguruan. Micro teaching dilakukan dengan menyederhanakan pembelajaran yang sebenarnya, seperti waktu, materi atau jumlah siswa. Melalui mata kuliah micro teaching ini, mahasiswa calon guru akan dibekali keterampilan mengajar yang dibutuhkan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai guru profesional kelak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan micro teaching terhadap kesiapan mengajar pada mahasiswa keguruan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencari sumber-sumber yang relevan dengan kajian penelitian, bisa diperoleh melalui buku, jurnal, dokumen, atau penelitian-penelitian yang pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Sumber-sumber tersebut digabungkan dan dianalisis guna mendapatkan informasi yang utuh sehingga dapat ditarik menjadi sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mata kuliah micro teaching memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa. Hal ini dikarenakan beberapa alasan sebagai berikut: (1) mahasiswa mendapatkan kesempatan untuk melakukan praktik langsung mengajar di depan kelas; (2) mahasiswa mendapatkan feedback langsung; (3) mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan keterampilan sosial; (4) mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri; (5) mahasiswa dapat memperdalam pemahaman tentang proses belajar dan pengajaran. Dengan demikian mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam mengajar serta memberikan kesempatan untuk memperbaiki keterampilan mengajar sebelum mengajar di kelas yang sebenarnya

Abstract

Limited facilities and infrastructure in elementary schools a problem that is still often found in various schools.  The lack of facilities and infrastructure greatly affects school members, especially teachers, in order to achieve their learning goals.  This research was conducted in order to find out what is the cause of the lack of facilities and infrastructure in SD and to find effective solutions to overcome the lack of facilities and infrastructure in SD.  The literature study approach was chose as the research method, by collecting references from various studies that are be accordance of research title, then analyzed in order to draw the essence of the existing references to serve as the main data in the research.  The research results found in the form of obstacles that cause a lack of facilities and infrastructure including: (1) limited human resources;  (2) Limited school funds;  (3) The low awareness of school members in caring for existing facilities and infrastructure;  (4) There is no firmness in responding to violations that have occurred.  Solutions were found from these obstacles is: (1) Imposing strict sanctions on violations;  (2) Request financial assistance from the local government, as well as improve proper and appropriate fund management;  (3) Do creative learning innovations.
