Abstract

Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) Merupakan dokumen standart yang dibutuhkan baik bagi kontraktor sebagai pemberi kerja maupun dari sisi mitra kerja sebagai penyedia tenaga kerja tujuannya agar sistem berjalan dengan baik, Tingkat angka kecelakaan bisa dikendalikan bahkan diturunkan. Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) adalah bagian dari sistem manajemen keseluruhan yang meliputi struktur organisasi, perencanaan, tanggung jawab, pelaksanaan, prosedur, proses dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan bagi pengembangan, penerapan, pencapaian, pengkajian dan pemeliharaan kebijakan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja guna terciptanya tempat kerja yang selamat, aman, efisien dan produktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran kesesuaian penilaian CSMS di PT. Baruna Raya Logistics dengan pihak PT. Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, yang dimana dalam peneliltian ini penulis melakukan identifikasi masalah dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik pngumpulan data yaitu : wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan judul pelaksanaan Contractor safety management system (CSMS) di PT. Baruna Raya Logistics maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terkhusus terhadap 3 elemen yaitu elemen 1 kepemimpinan dan komitmen, elemen 2 kebijakan dan sasaran strategis K3LL, elemen 6 implementasi dan pemantauan kinerja K3LL menunjukkan bahwa penilaian pada elemen satu dapat terealisasikan hingga 100%, pada elemen dua terealisasikan hingga 100% dan terdapat 84,6% yang terealisasikan pada elemen enam, yang sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah nomor 50 tahun 2012 terkait sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada Perusahaan PT Baruna Raya Logistics.

Abstract

Management System is a framework of processes and procedures used to ensure whether a company or organization can meet standards and carry out their duties to achieve organizational goals. Based on Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 50 of 2012 concerning Application of Occupational Health and Safety Management System Article 5 paragraphs 1 – 4, companies are required to implement SMK3 if the company has workers/laborers of at least 100 (one hundred) people, or has a high level of potential danger. Companies in implementing SMK3 must be guided by this Government Regulation and the provisions of laws and regulations and can pay attention to international conventions or standards. With the implementation of ISO 45001:2018 it is considered necessary and relevant to be applied in every company as an effort to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases. The method of community service is carried out online through the Zoom meeting application. Participants in the implementation are company employees and the general public. The target in this activity is to increase knowledge for the company in order to improve the safety management system.

Abstract

Humans and natural resources cannot be separated because they are one unit. In Article 1 point 9 of Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, hereinafter referred to as UUPPLH explains that natural resources are elements of the environment consisting of biological and non-biological resources which as a whole form a unified ecosystem. The method used in the delivery of service material is a workshop (question and answer) delivery of material from tutors using a zoom meeting. The target that we will achieve related to the implementation of this community service is to increase public knowledge about environmental protection and management, so that people know and are able to actually apply environmental conservation actions in their daily lives. In addition, the output of the results of this service will be made into articles to be published in community service journals.

Abstract

A sound psychological condition can indirectly impact how successfully and continuously the business's operations continue. System failures in a business can be caused by psychological issues, particularly stress, which lowers productivity. In order to better understand this relationship, a study was done on the employees of PT Astra Rekayasa Unggul Balikpapan. A sample is used as the research methodology in this case. This sampling approach uses total sampling to represent the 32 warehouse staff members at PT. Astra Rekyasa Unggul in this investigation. Between July and September 2020, morning and evening work shifts will be performed utilizing the DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales) Measurement Tool Questionnaire. is divided into three categories: minor, medium, and major stress. According to the findings, out the 32 13 employees of PT. Astra Rekayasa Unggul who reported light stress fell into the moderate stress category, making up 81.25% of the total, with just 6 employees (37.5%) falling into the high stress category. The findings of the linear regression test showed that there is a significant correlation between work shifts and job stress on employees of PT Astra Rekayasa Unggul Balikpapan, with a probability lower than the significance level of 0.05. According to research's findings, efforts must be taken to lessen job stress caused by the effect of working shifts, specifically by tightening restrictions or dividing shifts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kesadaran pengemudi ojek online terhadap keselamatan berlalu lintas di Kota Balikpapan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 55 orang dari komunitas CMBB. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert mengacu pada aspek kesadaran diri menurut Goleman (2016) dan keselamatan lalu lintas menurut Maryam (2014). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keselamatan berlalu lintas (p = 0,000) dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 1,402 dan R² sebesar 0,359. Artinya, semakin tinggi kesadaran pengemudi, semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan untuk berkendara secara aman.
