Abstract

Communication and marketing share a close and interdependent relationship. In the realm of business, numerous companies, particularly those in the media industry, employ marketing communication as a strategic tool for building corporate image and establishing relationships with external stakeholders. PT. Liputan Enam Dot Com is a company that manages seven digital media platforms. Within the organization, the Partnership Division functions as a bridge between the company’s verticals or media outlets and external parties seeking collaboration in the realm of publicity. External organizations or events often require publicity to introduce themselves to the public, facilitating partnerships with media companies. This research aims to identify and analyze the communication strategies employed by PT. Liputan Enam Dot Com in establishing and maintaining external relationships. The findings of this study, based on in-depth interviews and participatory observation, indicate that the Partnership Division of PT. Liputan Enam Dot Com implements three communication strategies: Audience Targeting Strategy, Message Structuring Strategy, and Media Selection Strategy. These strategies are designed to achieve client satisfaction in collaborative outcomes and enhance the corporate value of PT. Liputan Enam Dot Com through community engagement and various organized activities. Komunikasi dan pemasaran memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat. Dalam dunia bisnis, banyak perusahaan terutama perusahaan media memanfaatkan komunikasi pemasaran sebagai strategi membangun citra serta relasi dengan pihak eksternal. PT. Liputan Enam Dot Com merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang menaungi tujuh media digital di dalamnya. Divisi Partnership berperan sebagai penghubung antara vertikal-vertikal atau media yang terdapat di perusahaan dengan pihak eksternal yang ingin bekerja sama terkait hal publikasi, sebab perusahaan atau event eksternal membutuhkan publikasi untuk mengenalkan diri mereka terhadap masyarakat umum sehingga terjadinya kerja sama yang terjalin dengan perusahaan media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan strategi komunikasi PT. Liputan Enam Dot Com dalam membangun hubungan eksternal. Hasil dari penelitian dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif ini menunjukkan bahwa Divisi Partnership PT. Liputan Enam Dot Com menerapkan tiga strategi komunikasi yaitu Strategi Pemilihan Khalayak, Strategi Penyusunan Pesan, dan Strategi Pemilihan Media. Strategi yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menciptakan kepuasan klien akan hasil kerja sama dan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan PT. Liputan Enam Dot Com melalui komunitas dan beragam kegiatan yang diselenggarakan.

Abstract

The aging process is a natural stage in human life which is accompanied by physical, cognitive and social changes. In this context, the elderly are a population that requires special attention to ensure optimal quality of life. The social aspect of this activity includes exploring social support networks and participation in community activities. Detailed analysis of how social relationships influence the well-being of older adults is an important element in understanding the social impact of the aging process. An elderly home or nursing home is a place of care that is built specifically to provide housing, care and support to elderly people who need more attention for various reasons, such as declining physical or mental health, dependence on care, or lack of adequate family support. “Berbagi Kebahagiaan Bersama Lansia: Membangun Keterlibatan Sosial dan Kesejahteraan Melalui Kegiatan Positif” aims to create a creative activity space where the elderly can participate in various artistic and social activities. The methods used are observation, interviews, implementation methods include observing the implementation location, discussions with the administrators of elderly homes, carrying out BERKREASI activities by doing gymnastics and singing together. The program covers key aspects of creative programming, including event design, senior participation and health impacts. The results of the BERKREASI activity include making the elderly move healthily through exercise, increasing the enthusiasm and joy of the elderly through games with prizes and entertaining the elderly through singing together.
