Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of influencers, live streaming and content marketing on purchasing decisions at Tiktokshop (case study of management study program students, FE-UMI). This type of research is quantitative. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The total number of respondents in this study was 86 respondents. Based on the results of the t hypothesis test, it can be concluded that influencers have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t count value of 3.709> t table 1.989 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, live streaming has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t count value of 2.014> t table 1.989 and a significance value of 0.470 <0.05, content marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t count value of 8.361> t table 1.989 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, it can be concluded that simultaneously influencers, live streaming and content marketing have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 107.787> F table 2.72 and a significance value of F 0.000 <0.05. The adjusted R square value is 0.790/79%, thus the influence of influencers, live streaming and content marketing on purchasing decisions is 79%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis gaya hidup, kepercayaan, dan kemudahan transaksi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pengguna shopee paylater (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Methodist Indonesia). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 246 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kemudahan transaksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya hidup, kepercayaan dan kemudahan transaksi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,633 berarti 63,3% Keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan variabel gaya hidup, kepercayaan dan kemudahan transaksi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36,7% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity aims to describe the extent of the changes in Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, Concerning Village Financial Management Guidelines, and is a revision of Permendagri 113 of 2014. Concerning Village Management Guidelines, and its relationship to Law Number 6 of 2014. 2014, About Villages. The source of data obtained is secondary data, by obtaining data from various literature on Village Laws, Government Regulations and Minister of Home Affairs regulations related to Village Financial and Wealth Management. The results of the description written are that Law 6 of 2014 concerning Villages is a reference for the creation and stipulation of Permendagri 113 of 2014 and revised to become Permendagri 20 of 2018 concerning Village Management Guidelines. The conclusion is that there are no very significant changes regarding the substance, Permendagri 113 of 2014, explaining the articles of the Village Law, and improvements are confirmed by Permendagri 20 of 2018, Concerning Village Financial Management Guidelines, which are strictly in accordance with the main duties and functions from the official who is responsible for managing village finances and assets.
