Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors determine the capital structure and firm value of manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchanges of countries that are members of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN). The operationalization of the variables used in this study include Return on Assets, Tangibility Assets, Growth Rate, Non-Debt Tax Shield, and Tobins Q. Meanwhile, from various empirical studies conducted, different results were obtained regarding the value of the company. So that it is tested again on all factors that affect the capital structure and also the value of the company

Abstract

The development of MSMEs in the city of Medan is recorded as a significant development when compared to the surrounding infrastructure support areas such as Deli Serdang, Langkat, Binjai and others. In this study using a quantitative method, according to Sugiyono (2018), the quantitative research method is research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations and samples. This study used 100 samples from Medan Sunggal District, using the cluster sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the product price, promotional media, and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect with the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.319. This means that the selection is influenced by product price, product promotion, and product quality variables of 31.9%. And in the t test, it is known that the Sig value for influencing product prices on product sales is 0.002 <0.05 and the Tcount value is 3,158 > Ttable 1,985. So it can be stated that product prices have a significant effect on product sales. On the media promotion variable, it is known that the Sig value for influencing media promotion on product sales is 0.035 <0.05 and the Tcount value is 2,140 > Ttable 1,985. So it can be stated that product promotion has a significant effect on product sales. And on product quality it is known that the Sig value for influencing product quality on product sales is 0.000 > 0.05 and the Tcount value is 4,890 > Ttable 1,985. So it can be stated that product quality has a significant effect on product sales.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship is currently receiving attention in a number of countries, including Indonesia. The existence of social entrepreneurship can make a real contribution to improving the community's economy. This research was conducted in Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra with informants who were social entrepreneurs. From the initial map, information was obtained that in the absence of a brand, the need for support from an institution and differences in the behavior of social entrepreneurship actors in viewing institutional support. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research results show a number of categories, memo fund themes which then produce patterns in supporting the desire for social entrepreneurial activities.

Abstract

Kampus Mengajar is one of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) programs launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology and supported by the Education Fund Management Institution (LPDP) of the Ministry of Finance. This programe is part of the teaching at schools specially to help students in ellmentary school to assist learning during a pandemic in the 3 areas, whisc is Disadvantaged, Frontier, Outermost by presenting college students as part of strengthening literacy and numeracy. They become a teacher partner in carrying out creativity and innovation in learning. This activity started on 02 August 2022 to 05 December 2022 with the target school SD Negeri 105357 Cemara, Lubuk Pakam, Deli Serdang Regency. Based on the results of the initial mapping, information was obtained that some students could not read and count properly and correctly and had low interest in reading. In addition, the development of soft skills is also needed in the school. Through this activity it is hoped that the school, especially students, can be assisted in terms of increasing numeracy literacy, technology adaptation and administration.

Abstract

Lingkungan VIII, Babura Village, Medan Baru District consists of six sub-districts in Medan Baru District. Lingkungan VIII is one of the wards in Babura Village out of 13 wards in this subdistrict. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to mothers in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of this PKM is to train mothers to do business or entrepreneurship and motivate mothers to become entrepreneurs. Mothers are expected to have creative ideas by being able to process various preparations using cheap basic ingredients, such as bananas, cassava and the modern cake business. The results of this processing are used as an idea to be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship to increase household income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. PLN Persero ULP Berastagi. Penelitian ini tergolong dalam kategori penelitian kuantitatif, karena menggunakan data berbentuk angka untuk merepresentasikan nilainilai variabel yang diteliti. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 74 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan komunikasi, komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t diketahui nilai koefisien determinasi (adjusted R-square) adalah 0,636. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut komunikasi,  komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 63,6% sisanya sebesar 36,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Partisipatif, Manajemen Bakat, Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Variabel Independen: Kepemimpinan Partisipatif, Manajemen Bakat, Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasi dan Variabel dependen: Kinerja Pegawai. Sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 pegawai. Analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil secara parsial, kepemimpinan partisipatif nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 < 0,05 dan Nilai thitung > ttabel (3,178 > 2,03011), sehingga Kepemimpinan Partisipatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kualitas Manajemen Bakat nilai signifikansi sebesar  sebesar 0,087 > 0,05 dan Nilai thitung < ttabel (1,764  < 2.03011), sehingga Manajemen Bakat berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi nilai signifikansi sebesar sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan Nilai thitung < ttabel  (4,210  > 2,03011), sehingga Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Komitmen Organisasi nilai signifikansi 0,110 > 0,05 dan Nilai thitung < ttabel (1,639  <  2,03011), sehingga Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Uji Simultan, nilai signifikansi F 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Kepemimpinan Partisipatif, Manajemen Bakat, Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Camat Kecamatan Medan Selayang Kota Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana masing-masing faktor, seperti kualitas produk, harga, dan pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk Make Over pada Miss Cutie Pie di kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif pada umumnya dapat digunakan untuk penelitian tentang kehidupan masyarakat, sejarah, tingkah laku, fungsional organisasi, aktivitas-aktivitas sosial dan lain-lain. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, secara parsial harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan/bersama-sama kualitas produk, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi atau Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,656 atau 65,6% yang berarti pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 65,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat fenomena yaitu adanya ketidakkonsistenan pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dimana pada tahun 2019-2020 profitabilitas menurun namun nilai perusahaan meningkat dan pada tahun 2021-2022 profitabilitas stabil namun nilai perusahaan tidak stabil. Maka, perlunya variabel mediasi untuk memitigasi ketidakkonsistenan pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh bukti nyata mengenai peran kebijakan dividen sebagai pemediasi. Metode pemilihan sampel melalui purposive sampling yaitu perusahaan yang tergolong dalam perusahaan sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2023 yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan WarpPLS versi 8.0. Penelitian menunjukkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara itu, Leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen dapat pemediasi antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.
