Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and product quality on consumer purchase decision at Amanda Brownies Store in Medan. Thepopulation of this study was taken from the number of consumers for 6 month totalling 1,509 or 252 consumers in a month. The number of samples taken in this study was 155 consumers. The data collection methods in this study used questionnaires among 155 consumers of Amanda Brownies Store in Medan. The data analysis method used was Multiple Linear Regression method. The partial testing analysis shows that service quality and product quality have a significant effect on consumer purchase decision. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results showed that the service quality variable and product quality variable significantly influence the consumer purchase decision. The Adjusted R Square is 0.316 or 31.6%. This means that 31.6% of consumer purchase decision is influenced by both independent variables, while the remaining 68.4% of customer purchase decision is influenced by other variables-not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between performance appraisal perception and job satisfaction. The research was conducted among an inspection, testing, certification, training and consultancy company in North Sumatera, where all the employees became the respondents. The research used a quantitative descriptive method by using a questionnaire, which has been filled out by 85 respondents. The results show that the performance appraisal perceptions affect the job satisfaction. Theoretical and practical implication will be discussed at the end of the paper .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of accrual-based government accounting standards at BPKAD Labuhan Batu Regency and to analyze the suitability of the implementation of accrual-based government accounting standards in accordance with the Statement of Government Accounting Standards (PP No. 71 of 2010 and supported by PERMENDAGRI No. 64 of 2013). Methods of data collection using observation (observation), interviews, and documentation studies. The results on the regulatory and policy aspects show that Permendagri 64 of 2013 mandates local governments to provide regulatory and policy tools related to the implementation of accrual-based SAP, but still refers to PP 71 of 2010, while the use of Permendagri No. 64 of 2013 experienced problems related to adjusting cash-based accounting policies towards accruals to an accrual-based accounting system. The results on the budget aspect show that the obligation to implement accrual-based SAP requires BPKAD to adjust from a cash-based accounting system policy towards SIMDA 2.5 accruals to the SIMDA 2.7 accrual-based accounting system that is currently being implemented which is in accordance with PP No. 71 of 2010. The results of the information technology aspect show that the information technology used according to the BPKAD Secretary, namely the regional financial management application system uses SIMDA 2.7 which has been provided by the BPKP. The results on the human resource aspect show that the implementation of accrual-based SAP requires the Labuhan Batu District BPKAD to adjust from cash to accrual-based accounting system policies to the current accrual-based accounting system which is in accordance with PP No. 71 of 2010.Keywords: Accounting Standards Based on Governmental Accounting, Accrual Basis

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, price, and promotion on the decision to purchase Yamaha motorcycles at Sentral Yamaha Medan. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study consisted of 82 consumers in 2024, and the sample was also 82 consumers, using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the t-test for partial hypotheses, it can be concluded that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, and promotion also has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Furthermore, based on the F-test for the overall hypothesis, it can be concluded that brand image, price, and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.730 or 73%, meaning that 73% of the influence on purchase decisions is explained by product knowledge, product quality, service quality, and price, while the remaining 27% is influenced by other variables or factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of free shipping (postage), discounts, and Collect on Delivery (COD) on purchase decisions at TikTok Shop in students of the Faculty of Economics, Methodist University of Indonesia (UMI). The background of this research is based on the rapid development of e-commerce, especially TikTok Shop, which attracts the attention of young consumers such as students. COD payment methods and promotions such as free shipping and discounts are the main attractions of TikTok Shop in influencing purchase decisions.This study uses a quantitative method by involving students of the Faculty of Economics UMI as respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale to measure students' perception of the influence of free shipping, discounts, and COD on their purchasing decisions. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods to test the research hypothesis using IBM SPSS version 25. The results of the study explained that the Free Shipping variable partially had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. This variable explains that the Discount Payment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision. This variable explains that the Cash On Delivery (COD) Payment variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of supervisor support, work engagement, and turnover intention on job satisfaction at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirtauli Pematangsiantar. The sample in this study was 71 respondents. Based on the results of the t hypothesis test, the t value of supervisor support was 5.082> t table 1.996, and the significance value was 0.000 <0.05, so partially supervisor support had a significant effect on job satisfaction, the t value of work engagement was 3.110> t table 1.996, and the significance value was 0.003 <0.05, so partially work engagement had a significant effect on job satisfaction, the t value of turnover intention was -0.988 <t table 1.996, and the significance value was 0.327> 0.05, so partially turnover intention had no effect and was not significant on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, the calculated F value is 69.910> 2.74 and the significance value of F is 0.000 <0.05, so that simultaneously supervisor support, work engagement, and turnover intention have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the determination coefficient analysis, the Adjusted R-Square value is 0.747 or 74.7%, meaning that the influence of supervisor support, work engagement, and turnover intention on job satisfaction is 74.7%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang pengaruh pelatihan kerja employee branding dan employee empowerment terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada CV. Paket Sejahtera Medan. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif lebih diarahkan untuk meneguhkan teori (confirmatory analysis). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Paket Sejahtera Medan yaitu sebanyak 35 orang karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, employee branding berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, employee empowerment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan pelatihan kerja, employee branding, dan employee empowerment secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,874 (87,4%). Maka dapat disimpulkan sebesar 87,4% produktivitas kerja  karyawan dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan kerja, employee branding, dan employee empowerment, sisanya 100%-87,4% = 12,6% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of influencers, live streaming and content marketing on purchasing decisions at Tiktokshop (case study of management study program students, FE-UMI). This type of research is quantitative. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The total number of respondents in this study was 86 respondents. Based on the results of the t hypothesis test, it can be concluded that influencers have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t count value of 3.709> t table 1.989 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, live streaming has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t count value of 2.014> t table 1.989 and a significance value of 0.470 <0.05, content marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t count value of 8.361> t table 1.989 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, it can be concluded that simultaneously influencers, live streaming and content marketing have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 107.787> F table 2.72 and a significance value of F 0.000 <0.05. The adjusted R square value is 0.790/79%, thus the influence of influencers, live streaming and content marketing on purchasing decisions is 79%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui kompensasi, employee wellness dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Air Navigation Indonesia Kualanamu Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Air Navigation Indonesia Kualanamu Medan yaitu sebanyak 95 orang pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, variabel kompensasi memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 1,436 yang lebih kecil dari t tabel sebesar 1,986 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,154 yang lebih besar dari 0,05, variabel employee wellness memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 4,570 yang lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,986 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, lingkungan kerja memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 3,308 yang lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,986 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diperoleh F hitung  sebesar 35,367 > 2,70 dan nilai 0,000 < 0,05. Maka secara simultan kompensasi, employee wellness, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh besaran nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,523 yang berarti bahwa sebesar 52,3%% variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kompensasi, employee wellness, lingkungan kerja.
