Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of mustahik fȋ sabȋlillȃh in the distribution of zakat funds at the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) in Bandar Lampung City, which will then be analyzed using the theory of maqâṣid al-syarȋʽah and maṣlaḥah as analytical tools. This study uses qualitative methods with primary, secondary and tertiary data. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study can be explained that the implementation of mustahik fȋ sabȋlillȃh in distributing zakat funds at the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) of Bandar Lampung City, it can be explained that all forms of programs for the collection, utilization and distribution of zakat in Indonesia refer to the regulations that govern, namely the Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat and Regulation of the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) No. 3 of 2018 concerning the Distribution and Utilization of Zakat. In the utilization of zakat funds for productive activities there are several procedures, these rules are contained in Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, CHAPTER V Article 29, The fȋ sabȋlillȃh group is a group that gets more attention than other groups. This is due to the expansion of meaning in interpreting and understanding the implementation of fȋ sabȋlillȃh. And the review of maqaṣid al-syarîʽah on the implementation of mustahik fȋ sabȋlillȃh in the distribution of zakat funds at the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) of Bandar Lampung City can be seen that when viewed from the formulation of maqaṣid al-Syarîʽah this is associated with the distribution of zakat to asnaf fȋ sabîlillâh, then the distribution is therefore, most of the problems lead to ḥifẓ al-dîn, to protect religion, and ḥifẓ al-‘aql, to protect reason.Keywords: BAZNAS, distribusi, fȋ sabȋlillȃh, maqaṣid al-Syarîʽah

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) The approach of ustadz parenting in improving the learning achievement of students at Al Azizah Islamic Boarding School Karanggeneng Godong Grobogan in the 2023/2024 school year (2) The method of ustadz in improving the learning achievement of students at Al Azizah Islamic Boarding School Karanggeneng Godong Grobogan in the 2023/2024 school year (3) The evaluation carried out by ustadz in improving the learning achievement of students at Al Azizah Islamic Boarding School Karanggeneng Godong Grobogan in the 2023/2024 school year. This research uses a qualitative type, where data is obtained by observation, interviews and documentation, the data that has been collected is analyzed through the data stages so that the data obtained data on the implications of the implementation of ustadz parenting patterns in improving learning achievement at the Al Azizah Karanggeneng Godong Grobogan Islamic Boarding School in the 2023/2024 school year. The results showed that: (1) The approach of ustadz parenting in improving the learning achievement of students at Al Azizah Karanggeneng Godong Grobogan Islamic Boarding School in the 2023/2024 academic year, the approaches taken by ustadz include through individual approaches, social approaches, task approaches, edutaiment approaches. (2) The ustadz method in improving the learning achievement of students at the Al Azizah Islamic Boarding School Karanggeneng Godong Grobogan in the 2023/2024 school year methods implemented such as: the syawir method, sorogan method, memorization method, habituation method, bandongan method, khitabah method, group study. (3) The evaluation carried out in improving the learning achievement of students at the Al Azizah Islamic Boarding School Karanggeneng Godong Grobogan in the 2023/2024 school year measures students with tests can be divided into three types, among others: 1) formative tests 2) summative tests 3) diagnostic tests .

Abstract

This research aims to describe the problems that occur to students in educational institutions and efforts to overcome them. The problems of students include the increasingly weakening character or morals of students inside and outside the madrasah, the lack of application of Islamic values by students to their environment, and the lack of contribution of students in broadcasting the Islamic religion in society. The efforts that can be made to overcome this problem are the application of ecologically based educational methods in learning, especially in Islamic religious learning (PAI). PAI learning has a strategic role in implementing environmental awareness values because it must be provided at all levels of education. This research aims to formulate goals and steps in realizing environmental awareness through ecologically based PAI learning management. That is, in conducting research we carry out a descriptive qualitative research method with an intrinsic case study type of research. The results of this research ensure that students can implement Islamic values in protecting the environment by means of Ecologically Based Islamic Education Learning Management. From this description, it is clear that Ecologically Based PAI Learning Management can be a locomotive in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning to carry out activities outside the classroom and inside the classroom.
