Abstract

AbstractProphet Tradition (hadith) is the second main source in Islam. Unlike Koran that has completely validated as revelation, meanwhile hadith must be examined its validation of trasmission and matan. Therefore, problematic hadith  appeared, in transmission or matan. Especially, the problematic hadith in wich its matan contradicted, that called ‘musykil al-hadits’ or ‘mukhtalaf al-hadits’. Mukhtalaf al-Hadith, appearly, its matan contradicted with Koran, other equal hadith, axioma or reality. So, Mukhtalaf al-Hadits  is more debatable. Mu’tazila who representative of Rasionalits, rejected existence of mukhtalaf al-hadits as source of religion. Otherwise, Tradisionist (Ahl Hadīts) accepted it as source of religion, when its transmission comfirmed/validated. To realease contradiction of mukhtalaf hadits matan, Ibnu Qutayba, one of Muhaddits used  many rational methods; analogy (qiyās ushūlī) and syllogism (qiyās manthiqī). This research used content analysis with some approaches; Jurisprudence, Logic, Ushul Fiqh.

Abstract

Madrasah is an Islamic educational institution that has a big role in development in the country. However, there are still some obstacles in his journey, including the lack of knowledge of teachers in the use of technology in learning such as the use of digital libraries. In this paper describes the efforts of MAN 1 Bandar Lampung in empowering the madrasah and the effectiveness of digital libraries in empowering the madrasah. The results of this research are: first, empowerment conducted in MAN 1 Bandar Lampung through several stages, awareness or enlightenment, intensive capacity and empowerment. Secondly, there are some improvement of teachers skill in the use of digital library, such as in searching verses of Koran and His commentary, referring some Hadith of the Prophet and his explanatory, seeking references for strengthening the subjects in the class, discussing problem solving and reviewing Arabic Grammar and Arabic Sciences.المدرسة هي مؤسسة تعليمية إسلامية لها دور كبير في التنمية في البلاد. ومع ذلك، لا تزال هناك بعض العقبات في رحلتها، بما في ذلك عدم معرفة المعلمين في استخدام التكنولوجيا في التدريس مثل استخدام المكتبات الرقمية. في هذه الورقة تصف جهود المدرسة الثنوية الحكومية النموذجية الأولى بندر لامبونج في تفعيل القوى المدرسية وفعالية المكتبات الرقمية في تفعيل المدرسة.  ونتائج هذا البحث هي: أولا، التفعيل الذي أجري في المدرسة الثنوية الحكومية النموذجية الأولى بندر لامبونج من خلال عدة مراحل، وهي التوعية أو التنوير، وتكثيف القدرات والتفعيل. وثانيا، هناك بعض الترقيات لقدرة المعلمين في استخدام المكتبة الرقمية، كما هو الحال في البحث عن آيات من القرآن الكريم وتفسيرها، وتخريج الأحاديث النبوية وشرحها، والحصول على مجموعة المراجع لتعزيز المواد الدراسية المدروسة في الصف، ومناقشة بحث المسائل ودراسة النحو والصرف والعلوم العربية.

Abstract

Past-historical concepts could influence and even led the growth of culture, nation, or individual life. It could be also used as a role-model. The same case occured with the process of Islamic recruitment that occurred at the local level, which was written on the manuscript (lontaraq) in details. Manuscript became the entry point in this study. The focus of the study, in addition, was religious and countries which could be paired together in the structure of kingdom or government agencies. The main source of this study was generated from the Lontaraq Akkarungeng manuscript, and further compared with other Lontaraq or manuscripts. The proposed problem in this study was how the acceptance and the role of the state towards religion in institutional management? The results of the study suggested that the Islamization process by institution effected the management of government agencies. One of them was pararara saraq [syarak/shari’a] that had its own formal structure. It should be noted that the functions of the royal institution was to regulate the socio-culture, statehood, law and etc, consisting of elements of culture (adeq), jurisprudence, speech, social coating (wariq) as the original elements, followed by the elements of Islam in the Islamization phase in Bugis tribe, particularly in regency of Wajo. The Islamic element was then integrated into one value, which could be further integrated with the national legal system. Keywords: Religion, Islamization, Lontaraq, Institution, Wajo.

Abstract

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender movements are now a mondial phenomenon. The LGBT community has dared to show itself to the surface. Not only in the Western world alone, but LGBT excitement also rife in the homeland. The emergence of LGBT community in the midst of people's life raises pro and contra. Some people criticize the existence of the LGBT community, because it is considered a people with abnormal behavior and deviates from religious teachings. Others accept it as part of appreciating their exclusion in Human Rights. This study attempts to answer some key questions: What are the views of Islamic teachings and the Human Rights Charter on LGBT behavior? How can the human rights and religious doctrine match in solving this LGBT problem? What are the LGBT prevention solutions and solutions that can be done? To answer this question, research is done by studying religious texts be it the Qur'an or hadith, and the text of the Human Rights Charter. Both types of texts are examined in various approaches; theological, historical, philosophical, medical, tafsir, hermeneutical, jurisprudence and psychological. Content analisys method was initially performed on the text of the Qur'an and the hadith. Matan hadith explored by takhrij method and study of hadith text. From this study, it is concluded that LGBT behavior in religious doctrine is strictly prohibited. Likewise the Human Rights Charter can not justify LGBT behavior under the pretext of individual freedom. Because individual freedom is automatically limited by other individual freedoms and legislation. Treatment and prevention solutions can be done to LGBT behaviors. Because psychically, LGBT behavior is a psychiatric disease that can be treated and prevented.

Abstract

The issue of leadership is considered important and still actual becauseit is very influential on the progress of civilization and human prosperity. Onthe other hand, Islam adhered to by most humans is a religion of totality,which governs aspects of human life. Including aspects of leadership in onecountry and nation. One source of Islamic teachings is the Prophet’s guidancein the form of hadith. The hadith of the Prophet (s) is the second source inthe teachings of Islam after the Qur’an. So it needs to be revealed about theexplanation of the Prophet related to the criteria of the leader.This study attempts to answer some key questions: What is the Islamic viewof leadership? What is the criteria of leaders in the perspective of the hadith ofthe Prophet? To answer this question, research is done by examining the textsof the hadith of the Prophet. The text of this hadith is examined in variousapproaches; theological, historical, philosophical, tafsir, hermeneutical, andjurisprudence. The method of content analisys was originally carried out onthe text of the Qur’an and hadith and clerical explanations of the hadith text.Hadith matan (text) searched by takhrij and internal critic (naqd dakhili), afterdoing external critic (naqd khariji) toward hadith transmission.From this study, it is concluded that: First, the leadership part of the missionof Islamic teachings. This is evidenced by the hadiths of Prophet SAW whoreviewed the criteria of leaders. Second, the themes contained in these hadithsinclude 11 themes of criteria of leaders; Responsibility, honesty, simplify notcomplicate, not authoritarian, public servant and social caring, be fair, holdfast to religion, do not regard skin color, do not pursue position (ambitious),skillful and intelligent, soul stability. Third, from the 14 narrations of the hadithof this leader’s criterion, fairness is summarized in three different narrations.This indicates that a fair theme is a central issue of the leader’s criteria inIslam. Isu kepemimpinan dianggap penting dan masih aktual karena sangatberpengaruh pada kemajuan peradaban dan kemakmuran manusia. Di sisi lain,Islam agama yang dianut oleh sebagian besar manusia adalah agama totalitas,yang mengatur aspek kehidupan manusia. Termasuk aspek kepemimpinandalam satu negara maupun bangsa.Salah satu sumber ajaran Islam adalahpetunjuk Nabi dalam bentuk hadits.Hadits Nabi SAW yang merupakan sumberkedua dalam ajaran Islam setelah al-Qur’an.Maka perlu diungkap tentangpenjelasan Nabi SAW terkait kriteria pemimpin.Penelitian ini mencoba menjawab beberapa pertanyaan pokok: Bagaimanapandangan Islam tentang kepemimpinan? Bagaimana kriteria pemimpin dalamperspektif hadits Nabi?Untuk menjawab pertanyaan ini, penelitian dilakukandengan mengkaji teks-teks matan hadits Nabi. Teks matan hadits ini dikajidengan berbagai pendekatan; teologis, historis, filosofis, tafsir, hermeneutis,fikih.Metode content analisys pada awalnya dilakukan terhadap teks al-Qur’anmaupun hadits dan penjelasan ulama terhadap teks hadits. Matan haditsdilakukan takhrij dan kajian naqd dakhili, setelah melakukan naqd kharijiterhadap sanad hadits.Dari kajian ini disimpulkan bahwa ;Pertama, kepemimpin bagian dari misiajaran agama Islam. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya hadits-hadits Nabi SAWyang mengulas tentang kriteria-kriteria pemimpin.Kedua, Tema-tema yangterkandung dalam hadits-hadits ini meliputi 11 tema kriteria pemimpin;Tanggung jawab, jujur, mempermudah tidak mempersulit, tidak otoriter,pelayan rakyat dan peduli sosial, bersikap adil, berpegang teguh dengan agama,tidak memandang warna kulit, tidak mengejar jabatan (ambisius), cakap dancerdas, kestabilan jiwa. Ketiga, dari 14 riwayat hadits kriteri pemimpin ini,sifat adil terangkum dalam tiga riwayat yang berbeda.Hal ini mengindikasikanbahwa tema adil merupakan isu sentral kriteria pemimpin dalam Islam.

Abstract

Kondisi kepemimpinan di masa modern ini telah tergambar dalam media sosial yang bersumber dari lembaga terpercaya yang menunjukkan kondisi sebagian pejabat yang tidak lagi beretika karena jauh dari apa yang diteladankan Nabi Saw dan generasi terbaik dari umatnya karena fitnah harta dan wanita. Al-Qur'an hadir dengan membawa aḥsan al-qaṣaṣ sebagai solusi terbaik dalam konsep kepemimpinannya. Kisah kepemimpinan Yusuf As dan kondisi masyarakat saat ini menjadi objek penelitian, maka tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap konsep kepemimpinan Yusuf dalam membangun nilai-nilai etika menduduki jabatan yang terkandung dalam surah Yūsuf As dengan metode penelitian tafsīr, jenis penelitian library research dan metode penafsiran ayat menggunakan metode tematik. Pengumpulan data merujuk kitab tafsīr al-Jāmiʻ li 'ahkām al-Qur'ān dan kitab tafsīr al-Azhār. Metode analisa data menggunakan metode interpretasi dan analisis komparatif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini bahwa pemimpin yang ideal dihasilkan dari nilai-nilai etika yang dibangun dari periode persiapan, periode meminta dan periode menjabat yang saling berkaitan erat, dan pemimpin yang ideal tidak dapat dihasilkan hanya dengan satu periode saja. 3 periode besar tersebut tersusun dari 5 tahapan usia yang dimulai usia 1-12 tahun, usia 12-18, usia 18-35, usia 35-40≥, dan usia 35-40≥.
