Abstrak: Pembelajaran fisika di Sulawesi Selatan dan Sulawesi Barat masih menggunakan buku ajar yang kurang mengakomodasi kearifan lokal, sehingga peserta didik kesulitan mengaitkan konsep fisika dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Pengabdian ini bertujuan menyediakan sumber belajar fisika berbasis budaya lokal yang relevan dan kontekstual. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi buku Persepektif Etnofisika kepada 4 guru fisika dan 20 siswa SMAN 1 Gowa, dengan evaluasi melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara sebanya 10 pertayaan dan satu kolom saran, tim pengabdi membagikan angket dalam bentuk Google Form. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 90% rsponden setuju bahwa buku ini membantu memahami fisika melalui budaya lokal dan relevan dalam pembelajaran. Guru mengapresiasi kebermanfaatan buku sebagai bahan ajar inovatif, meskipun dibutuhkan pendampingan lanjutan untuk integrasi optimal. Abstract: Physics education in South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi continues to utilize textbooks that insufficiently incorporate local wisdom, resulting in students’ difficulties in relating physics concepts to their everyday experiences. This community service aims to develop and provide a physics learning resource grounded in relevant and contextual local cultural elements. The implementation involved the dissemination of the Ethnophysics Perspective book to 4 physics teachers and 20 students at SMAN 1 Gowa. Evaluation was conducted through direct observation, structured questionnaires, and interviews. Results indicated that 90% of respondents agreed that the book effectively facilitates the understanding of physics concepts through the lens of local culture and is highly relevant to the learning process. While teachers acknowledged the book’s value as an innovative instructional material, continued support and guidance are recommended to ensure its optimal integration into the curriculum.
