This study aims to determine the factors that cause the low number of men who support the use of contraception in order to improve the quality of family welfare. This quantitative descriptive research method was analyzed descriptively on 86 respondents who were observed and interviewed clinically to obtain data on the factors causing the low number of men who supported the use of contraception. The results of the study revealed that from 86 respondents, according to his knowledge that men who did not use contraception with good knowledge were 25 people (29%), men who did not use contraception with enough knowledge were 44 people (51%), and men who did not use the tools contraception with less knowledge as many as 18 people (20%). According to the attitude there are 28 (32%) who agree and 43 people (49%) who disagree, this can be concluded that men assess the use of contraception is very necessary, but not a few of the men who do not agree. This was triggered because of the inherent paradigm that the use of contraceptives was only too long for women.

This service aims to solve partner problems (teachers of 49 and 53 Junior High School Makassar City), namely developing 21st century learning tools to increase teacher pedagogical potential. The form of this service is training with direct assistance. Output targets in training activities are (1) Increasing teacher knowledge in developing 21st century-based learning tools, namely learning implementation plans (lesson plans), worksheets, and assessment instruments; (2) Increase teacher knowledge in developing teacher competency. Output targets in mentoring activities are to produce products in the form of learning tools based on 21st century learning including Product Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), Student Worksheet Products, and Product Assessment Instruments. The dedication method used to achieve the goal (output) is by adopting a mechanism for implementing action research which consists of 4 (four) stages, namely: planning, action, observation-evaluation, and reflection. The planning stage is the preparation stage, the action stage is the core stage (the realization of the IbM in the form of training and mentoring, the observation and evaluation stage is the stage of measuring the success of the program, while the reflection stage is the policy making stage (strategic step) in continuing the program to improve things that have been done before The results of the teacher training assistance at 49 and 53 Junior High School Makassar City are categorized as successful and very active in developing 21st century based learning tools.

Reaksi masyarakat terhadap adanya pembangunan Bandar meningkatkan laju perekonomian, pembangunan sebenarnya merupakan suatu proses perubahan yang direncanakan dan dikehendaki, setidaknya pembangunan pada umumnya merupakan kehendak masyarakat dan keputusan yang diambil oleh pemimpin, disinilah perlu pemerintah terkait mengadakaan sosialisasi pembangunan bandara terutama masalah sertifikasi lahan sehingga pada saat pelaksanaannya tidak terjadi reaaksi pro dan kontra antara maasyarakat dan pemerintah. Dinamika sosial terhadap pembangunan bandara sangat signifikan berpengaruh dalam hal pembangunan bandara di Desa Tonggurambang yang menjadi lokasi Bandara. keberadaan Bandara juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap perubahan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar, khususnya di desa Tonggurambang yang mengalami perubahan mata pencaharian penduduk karena akibat terjadinya perubahan fungsi lahan yang selama ini hanya berupa lahan pertanian atau perkebunan menjadi lahan bangunan bandara serta terbatasnya sumber daya manusia.

This study aims at describing the Participant’s Perception of sewing course toward Course and Training Institute in Mattirowalie Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. This type of research used in this study applied a descriptive qualitative research method that aims to see the perceptions of the participants in the sewing course. The information in this study consisted of six people, women, and one man. Data collection uses two techniques, namely, interviews and documentation. The results of the study based on interview data obtained from Participant's Perception of sewing course toward Course and Training Institute (LKP), it can be said that sewing course learning has been going well, starting from the implementation of activities and infrastructure. Although there is still much that needs to be improved regarding the learning itself so that participants are never satisfied and continue to learn how to make clothes that have high selling value and the importance of sewing courses for women who want to have the skills to be self-employed.

This study aims to describe how the role of civil service police unit in maintaining order and peace and public service in Makassar City in accordance with the main tasks and functions and the factors that influence the role of government in maintaining order and peace in Makassar. The type of research used in this study is descriptive with the basic case study research. Technique of collecting data using observation and interview. The result of the research shows that the coordination role of Satuan Pamong Praja Police Unit in community service is not separated from how the form of its supervision to the Local Regulation which is run in accordance with the Main Task and its Function as the enforcer of the local regulation. The factors that become consideration in the service to the community and ketentraman and keteriban in Makassar in this case the enforcement of Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2002 is the level of education, facilities and equipment associated with the tool that will support the implementation of its duties in enforcing the Regional Regulations in Makassar City, and the Role of Government as a regulator and also a policy maker that will support the implementation of the tasks of Satuan Pamong Praja Police Unit in the enforcement of Regional Regulations in Makassar CityKeywords: The Role of Coordination in Community Service

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab terjadinya pembatasan keturunan, memahami proses pembatasan keturunan, dan menganalisis bentuk nilai sosial budaya dalam pembatasan keturunan bagi masayarakat pedalaman Suku To Balo di Kabupaten Barru. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini antara lain observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan pembatasan keturunan pada Suku To Balo dipengaruhi oleh keyakinan yang melekat pada suku itu sendiri. Proses pembatasan keturunan yaitu dengan menggunakan berbagai macam cara untuk mencegah kehamilan antara lain: metode zaman dahulu, metode jongkok dan bersin, metode mencuci kemaluan dengan jeruk nipis, dan program KB. Suku To Balo tetap berinteraksi dengan masyarakat sekitar tanpa merasa ada yang salah dengan keadaan mereka, serta masyarakat juga menerima keberadaan mereka.
