Abstract

PT. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan mempunyai proses produksi yang bersifat make to order yaitu produksi berdasarkan pesanan dengan menggunakan system inline dua mesin yang berkolaborasi yaitu mesin GDX2-NV dan C-600. Pemilihan mesin GDX2-NV dan C-600 sebagai obyek penelitian disebabkan karena mesin tersebut merupakan mesin yang pertama kali diterapkan sistem RTT dan selalu dipantau performance dan produktivitasnya oleh manajemen. Usaha perbaikan dalam praktiknya seringkali dianggap pemborosan karena tidak menyentuh akar permasalahan yang sebenarnya. Penyebab utamanya biasanya disebabkan karena operator tidak mendapat informasi yang jelas tentang akar permasalahan yang terjadi dan faktor-faktor penyebabnya, sehingga tim kurang efektif dalam mengatasi suatu masalah. Oleh karena itu Fault Three Analysis (FTA) merupakan salah satu metode yang mampu menjabarkan permasalahan dengan jelas agar dapat dilakukan peningkatan kinerja mesin dan peralatan secara optimal, yang pada ujungnya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Usulan perbaikan dari sisi material pada unit foil dengan cara membuat ruangan untuk conditioning material sebelum digunakan, sedangkan pada unit innerframe dilakukan dengan improve dari sisi peralatan agar sensor diterapkan keterbaruan dan membuat join splicing otomatis sehingga stop karena material bisa berkurang dan produktifitas semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Polusi lingkungan oleh pembuangan bahan polimer terutama plastik menimbulkan efek negatif padakesehatan bumi dan sekitar 4.9 miliar ton plastik dibuang sembarangan dimana hal tersebut diikutipula dengan berdirinya perusahaan penghasil sampah plastik yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia.Kontribusi sampah plastik penyumbang terbesar kerusakan lingkungan di Indonesia sehinggapemerintah mempunyai program untuk mengurangi sampah plastik dengan salah satu recycle sampahplastik. Salah satu daur ulang limbah plastik saat ini adalah daur ulang sampah botol plastik menjadikarya seni tinggi dan bisa menghasilkan nilai ekonomis seperti kegiatan yang dilakukan di desaLemahbang Kecamatan Sukorejo kabupaten Pasuruan sebagai bentuk usaha mengurangi sampahplastik dengan membuat karya daur ulang sampah botol plastik menjadi miniatur sepeda motor.Dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan evaluasi kagiatan dilakukan bersamadengan perwakilan dari semua dusun yang ada di Lemahbang beserta ibu – ibu PKK dan juga kepaladusun beserta kepala desa menjadikan kegiatan sangat aktif dan kondusif, apalagi mendatangkanentrepreneur kondang yang langsung mendemonstrasikan langkah – langkah proses daur ulangsampah botol plastik menjadi miniatur sepeda motor dengan berbagai model. Dengan adanya kegiatandaur ulang sampah botol plastik ini bisa memunculkan ide – ide kreatif dari masyarakat lemahbangdan menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneur untuk bisa menghasilkan karya – karya terbaik hasil daur ulangsampah botol plastik yang secara otomatis bisa mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan dari penjualanhasil karya yang dipasarkan baik secara offline maupun online melalui media sosial.

Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to provide understanding to the community to care about the environment, to provide an understanding of the negative and positive impacts of throwing rubbish carelessly, to provide positive motivation to the people of Tambak Lekok that plastic waste can not only be disturbing waste, but can be utilized and processed into Economic goods include decorative products using the ecobrick process and ecobrick gardens. The method used to achieve this PKM goal is through lectures and training in the form of workshops. Training-related materials are delivered through lectures, discussions and direct practice. Next, evaluate the results by checking the results of the ecobricks that have been made and the ecobrick park. Overall, this PKM activity has had good and satisfying results, this is demonstrated by the creation of an ecobrick park right in the skylot tourist area in Tambak Lekok Village which can be used as a photo spot and playground during school breaks

Abstract

Pasuruan City has experienced a 10.2% increase in the number of industries, with the furniture industry serving as a key driver of the local economy. The furniture sector in Pasuruan is highly developed, with production that has penetrated international markets. However, the rise of E-Commerce has rapidly transformed traditional business practices, significantly impacting conventional furniture traders in the city. This research aims to examine how E-Commerce affects these traditional traders. Using a quantitative approach, the study sampled 30 furniture business owners selected through non-probability sampling. Data was collected via a Google Form questionnaire and processed using Excel software. The findings indicate a strong and significant correlation between E-Commerce and the traditional furniture industry, showing that E-Commerce has a positive influence and offers substantial benefits to conventional furniture traders in Pasuruan City.

Abstract

In the digital age, social media is predominantly used by various groups, especially teenagers, mainly for entertainment and social connections. However, if viewed from a positive perspective, social media can also serve as a platform to create job opportunities for individuals. This study aims to examine whether social media influences the entrepreneurial interest of teenagers in Pasuruan district. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to over 100 teenage respondents in the district. The study used correlation and significance analysis techniques. The findings indicate that social media (variable X) has a strong impact on teenagers' entrepreneurial interest (variable Y) in Pasuruan district. The results reveal a significant relationship, with a correlation value of 0.725 and a coefficient of determination of 0.525, meaning 52.5% of the variation in entrepreneurial interest can be explained by social media.

Abstract

Determining the brand of the best-selling nugget product at the Unggas Wahidin Pasuruan Stall is very important to do, because determining the best-selling product brand can predict which product brands should be sent mostly to the Unggas Wahidin Pasuruan Stall. One way that can be done is by implementing a decision support system. There are several criteria and alternative options that will be applied or chosen in selecting the best-selling product brand. Data analysis uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, which allows several criteria to be selected directly by stall employees. From the sales report in June 2024, four criteria were selected to be compared, namely price, taste, quality and packaging. Meanwhile, the alternatives chosen are the Fiesta, Champ, Akumo and Asimo brands. From the selected data, after calculations, the average price criteria was 0.056702, the average taste criteria was 0.29389, the average quality criteria was 0.554904 and the average packaging criteria was 0.094504. After comparing each alternative selected, the highest result was obtained, namely the Fiesta nugget brand, which was 0.51393.

Abstract

Work-related injuries are a potential risk, including in aluminum cutting activities within UMKM producing household goods made from aluminum and glass. Assessing ergonomic postures is crucial to prevent Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). This study utilized the Nordic Body Map (NBM) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods to analyze posture data. NBM focuses on identifying ergonomic variables affecting posture, while REBA evaluates the injury risk level of specific postures. The findings show that combining NBM and REBA effectively identifies high-risk postures with accuracy and highlights which body parts require follow-up. This approach proves to be effective in enhancing occupational health and safety. Applying these methods helps business owners detect and minimize ergonomic risks, contributing to improved worker safety, comfort, and well-being.

Abstract

Super Unggas Jaya Hatchery Ngembal merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang peternakan telur. Karena proses pembuatannya, mungkin saja terjadi cacat pada produk yang dikirim. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis produk cacat dan faktor-faktor yang menimbulkan prasangka terhadap produk yang diterima. Untuk meminimalisir angka kesalahan produksi dan meningkatkan kualitas operasional perusahaan, maka perusahaan menerapkan pengendalian kualitas dengan teknik FMEA. Berdasarkan data laporan produksi dan analisis faktor cacat produk, jenis kerusakan yang sering terjadi pada proses penetasan telur pada tanggal 10 September 2023 hingga 27 November 2023 menjadi penyebab menurunnya jumlah telur. Kemungkinan tidak menetas masih cukup tinggi. Penjualan ayam juga menurun karena banyak telur yang tidak menetas sehingga sangat merugikan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu diharapkan dapat digunakan suatu metode untuk mengendalikan kualitas telur yaitu metode FMEA. Setelah menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab cacat produk, kami mengidentifikasi empat faktor utama yang menyebabkan stigma produk. Terdapat 4. faktor manusia, faktor material, faktor metodologi, dan faktor mekanis yang terbagi dalam sembilan jenis kesalahan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, sebaiknya perusahaan segera meningkatkan produktivitas karyawannya agar dapat berproduksi lebih cepat. Kata kunci: Cacat Produk; Pengendalian Kualitas ;Failure Mode and Effect Analysis.

Abstract

Effective machine maintenance is key to ensuring productivity and operational efficiency in the industrial sector, where although preventive maintenance has become the standard, technological developments are now introducing more advanced predictive maintenance strategies, but a comprehensive comparison of the effectiveness of these two approaches in improving machine performance is still limited. This study aims to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis of the efficacy of preventive and predictive maintenance methods, especially in the manufacturing industry, through a literature search in Scopus, Web of Science, and IEEE Xplore databases with related keywords, where empirical studies comparing both methods and their impacts on machine performance, including availability, reliability, and maintenance costs, are included. Meta-analysis was used to measure the difference in effectiveness between the methods, with study quality assessed using the AMSTAR checklist. The results showed that of the 25 studies that met the inclusion criteria, predictive maintenance was shown to be more effective in improving availability than preventive maintenance (effect size = 0.75, 95% CI: 0.60-0.90, p < 0.01), where factors such as cost, technology level, and machine type influenced the selection of the optimal maintenance method. This systematic review indicates that predictive maintenance is more effective in improving machine performance than preventive methods. However, the choice of the optimal method must be tailored to the specific industry context, and these findings are essential for decision-making in industrial maintenance management.

Abstract

To improve the quality of service towards customer satisfaction at CV.Budidaya Jamur Sejati using the SERVQUAL method. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to customers to measure their perceptions and expectations of the five dimensions of service quality, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results of the analysis showed that there was a negative gap in all dimensions of SERVQUAL, indicating that the service provided had not fully met customer expectations. The Assurance dimension showed the largest gap, indicating a need for improvement in the aspect of guaranteeing professionalism and staff skills. While the Tangibles dimension had the smallest gap, but still required attention. It can be concluded that it is necessary to improve employee competence, accelerate physical facility repair services, increase empathy towards customers, and conduct periodic evaluations to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen the position of CV.Budidaya Jamur Sejati in the mushroom cultivation industry in Indonesia.
