Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing on consumer decision-making processes in e-commerce platforms. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the study investigates how influencer credibility, attractiveness, and expertise impact consumer purchase intentions. The research sample consists of 250 active e-commerce platform users in Indonesia. Data was collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings reveal that influencer credibility significantly influences consumer purchasing decisions, with a path coefficient of 0.45 (p < 0.01). This study provides in-depth insights into the dynamics of influencer marketing in the digital era and its implications for consumer behavior in e-commerce environments.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of patients' perceptions of business ethics and healthcare service quality on their satisfaction and loyalty within hospital settings. As healthcare becomes increasingly competitive, ethical conduct and service quality have emerged as pivotal factors in ensuring patient retention. A quantitative research approach was utilized, with data collected from 200 hospital patients through a structured questionnaire. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between business ethics and service quality on patient satisfaction. Moreover, patient satisfaction was found to strongly influence patient loyalty. The results highlight the importance of ethical practices and high service quality as strategic drivers for enhancing patient loyalty. The study concludes by offering managerial recommendations aimed at fostering better ethical standards and improving healthcare service delivery to strengthen patient retention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kurikulum pada satuan pendidikan anak usia dini di TK PAUD Terpadu Negeri Pembina Tanjungpandan dengan menggunakan pendekatan manajemen Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling (POAC). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analitis, yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sekaligus menganalisis pelaksanaan kurikulum berdasarkan kondisi nyata di lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian kepala sekolah dan pendidik. Analisis data yang dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum di TK PAUD Terpadu Negeri Pembina Tanjungpandan telah dilaksanakan secara sisHtematis. Perencanaan kurikulum disusun melalui Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan yang mengacu pada kebijakan kurikulum nasional terbaru. Pengorganisasian kurikulum ditandai dengan pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab yang jelas antara kepala sekolah dan pendidik. Pelaksanaan kurikulum dilaksanakan melalui pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada anak dan dilakukan melalui bermain yang bermakna. Pengawasan dan evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan secara berkelanjutan melalui pemantauan proses pembelajaran dan penilaian perkembangan peserta didik. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi kurikulum pada satuan pendidikan anak usia dini di TK PAUD Terpadu Negeri Pembina Tanjungpandan telah berjalan dengan cukup baik dan selaras dengan prinsip manajemen POAC serta kebijakan kurikulum nasional.
