Abstract

Rendahnya disiplin siswa terlihat dari seringnya melanggar tata tertib sekolah, seperti datang terlambat, membolos, dan pakaian yang tidak sesuai aturan. Padahal dengan adanya disiplin bisa membuat seseorang memiliki perasaan patuh dan taat serta lebih bertanggung jawab untuk mengatur kehidupan pribadi maupun kelompok. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan simulasii efektif untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui keefektifan bimbingan kelompok melalui media permainan edukatif untuk mengembangkan kedisiplinan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan One Group Pre-test Post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok melalui media permainan edukatif efektif untuk mengembangkan kedisiplinan siswa dibuktikan dengan hasil uji Wilcoxon diketahui Z hitung yang diperoleh yaitu -2,670 dan nilai signifikansinya diperoleh sebesar 0,008. Dapat diketahui Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) 0,008 lebih kecil dari nilai 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga dapat diartikan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa bimbingan kelompok melalui media permainan edukatif yang artinya bimbingan kelompok melalui media permainan edukatif efektif untuk mengembangkan kedisiplinan siswa SMK.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of dhikr therapy in reducing social anxiety in students at Islamic boarding schools. Using an experimental design with an experimental group that underwent dhikr therapy and a control group that did not receive intervention, this study measured changes in social anxiety using the Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS) before and after the intervention. The results of the Wilcoxon analysis showed that the experimental group experienced a significant decrease in social anxiety with a Z value of -2.81 and p <0.05, while the control group did not show a significant change (Z = -0.577, p > 0.05). Dhikr therapy is effective in reducing social anxiety in students, both in terms of avoidance and anxiety. These results are in line with the theory of religious psychology and mindfulness, which shows that dhikr practices can calm the mind and increase emotional stability, helping individuals manage anxiety in social interactions. This study supports the application of dhikr therapy as an effective approach to reducing social anxiety in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Chemistry learning is still considered a difficult learning process, because it focuses on collecting facts and concepts and does not implement an independent curriculum that emphasizes concept discovery. This study aims to produce a nanotechnology-based problem-solving e-module using the Heyzine application for Independent Curriculum, analyze the validity and practicality of the E-module and analyze the effectiveness of the E-module. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model. The 4-D development model consists of 4 stages of development, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The validity test uses the Aiken's V formula. The results of the validity test for the content component and presentation component are 0.91 and 0.90 respectively with a valid category. The results of the module practicality test carried out by teachers and students are 0.97 and 0.90 respectively with a very practical category. The effectiveness test of the E-module was carried out using the N-Gain test and obtained a result of 0.77 with a high category. The results of the study indicate that a valid, practical and effective problem-based nanotechnology E-module has been obtained.
