Abstract

Pricing strategy plays a crucial role in determining the success and sustainability of micro-enterprises, particularly in the food sector such as the tofu industry. This study aims to analyze the effect of selling price determination on the income of tofu producers in Dendang District, Jambi Province. Using a quantitative approach and data collected through questionnaires from 82 respondents, the results of linear regression analysis indicate that the selling price variable significantly influences income, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.635. This suggests that 63.5% of the variation in income can be explained by the implemented pricing strategy. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of empirical analysis with an Islamic economic perspective, which emphasizes principles of fairness, transparency, and sustainability in business practices. The findings imply that the application of accurate and ethical pricing strategies not only enhances producers’ income but also supports broader goals of local economic development and community well-being.

Abstract

Pailit adalah posisi atau keadaan debitur tidak mampu membayarkan utangnya kepada para kreditur. Pengusaha dapat melakukan PHK terhadap pekerja/buruh karena perusahaan pailit (bangkrut), dalam pemutusan kerja tentunya ada resiko yang harus ditanggung oleh perusahaan yaitu pemenuhan hak-hak atas pekerja/buruh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui bagaimana tindakan perusahaan terhadap para pekerja jika perusahaan mengalami kepailitan berdasarkan hukum positif dan akibat hukum yang timbul terhadap perusahaan yang mengalami kepailitan namun tidak memenuhi kewajibannya terhadap hak-hak pekerja. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian, pekerja/buruh berhak atas uang pesangon sebesar 1 (satu) kali ketentuan Pasal 156 ayat (2), uang penghargaan masa kerja sebesar 1 (satu) kali ketentuan Pasal 156 ayat (3) UU Ketenagakerjaan dan uang penggantian hak sesuai ketentuan Pasal 156 ayat (4) UU Ketenagakerjaan. Berdasarkan ketentuan PP No. 35 tahun 2021, perusahaan yang pailit wajib memberikan uang pesangon sebesar 0,5, uang penghargaan masa kerja 1 kali, dan uang penggantian hak. Akibat yang timbul jika perusahaan tetap tidak membayarkan hak pesangon pekerja maka penyelesaian perselisihan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan dua cara penyelesaian yaitu dengan cara non-litigasi (di luar pengadilan) dan litigasi (melalui pengadilan). Kesimpulan, kewajiban atas pekerja untuk mendapatkan hak nya diatur dalam Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 tahun 2003, Peraturan Pemerintah No. 35 tahun 2021, dan peraturan terkait lainnya. Akibat dari pengingkaran kewajiban adalah pekerja dapat menyelesaikan melalui cara non litigasi dan litigasi, sejak dinyatakan pailit pengurusan dan penguasaan harta kekayaan si pailit (perusahaan) beralih ke tangan kurator atau Balai Harta Peninggalan.

Abstract

Background: The school canteen provides food and drinks for students or school personnel. Many canteens do not meet the quality requirements for cleanliness, health and safety, which has an impact on children's nutrition and health. Objective: The research revealed a description of the personal hygiene of food handlers in the canteen of SMP Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. Methods: This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach and observations at 10 canteen booths and 18 food handlers at SMP Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. Results: The health condition of food handlers was 16 (89%) respondents good and 2 (11%) respondents poor. The personal hygiene of food handlers was 17 (94%) respondents good and 1 (6%) respondent poor. The habit of washing hands was 16 (89%) ) good respondents and 2 (11%) poor respondents. The behavior of food handlers in handling food of all 18 (100%) respondents was good. The appearance of food handlers was good for 16 (89%) respondents and 2 (11%) respondents were poor.. Conclusion: Food handlers showed that most of them had not implemented health conditions, maintained personal hygiene, hand washing habits and the appearance of food handlers when handling food.
