Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang bersifat ekploratif dengan objek penelitian adalah pelaku UMKM di Kota Jambi sebanyak 450 responden yang tersebar pada 11 kecamatan dan dibagi secara proporsional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi tehnik purposive sampling dan dengan pendekatan random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Dimana data primer diperoleh melalui kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang bersifat eksplorasi. Untuk menjawab masalah pertama yaitu menganalisis kondisi sosial ekonomi pelaku UMKM di Kota Jambi dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan statistik. Selanjutnya untuk menjawab masalah kedua yaitu menganalisis berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi dan optimisme penggunaan teknologi digital dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan untuk masalah ketiga yaitu strategi kebijakan dalam meningkatkan literasi digital pelaku UMKM di Kota Jambi dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT.

Abstract

Teacher data management is one of the important aspects in improving the efficiency and quality of educational administration. However, many educational institutions, including Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al-Falah Palembang, still face obstacles in managing teacher data that is less structured and manual. This can hinder access to information, data accuracy, and data-based decision making. This community service activity aims to optimize the management of English teacher data at MA Al-Falah Palembang through the implementation of a technology-based information system. This information system is designed to facilitate the process of recording, searching, updating, and reporting teacher data efficiently. The methods used include needs analysis, system development, system usage training for teachers and administrative staff, and implementation evaluation. The results of this activity are expected to improve the efficiency of teacher data management, minimize errors in data processing, and support better decision making in the MA Al-Falah Palembang environment. In addition, the implementation of this system is expected to be a model that can be applied in other educational institutions to improve the quality of educational data management.

Abstract

The socialization of Visual Basic 6.0 based applications for calculating prime, odd and even numbers aims to introduce efficient tools for studying and implementing basic mathematical concepts interactively. This application is designed with a user-friendly interface to support mathematics teaching, both at secondary school level and in basic programming training activities. The app's key features include: Prime Number Check: Allows users to identify whether a number is a prime number. Odd and Even Classification: Provides a feature that automatically determines whether a certain number is odd or even. Calculations in a Specific Range: Provides calculation results for numbers within a specified range, supporting the exploration of mathematical patterns. The socialization process is carried out through training and interactive demos for potential users, such as teachers, students and the technology community. Evaluation shows that this application is able to improve understanding of basic mathematical concepts and speed up the manual calculation process. By utilizing Visual Basic 6.0 as a development platform, this application offers flexibility and compatibility with older operating systems, making it accessible to users with limited hardware. It is hoped that this application can be a useful educational tool in studying mathematics practically.
