Abstract

Matematika adalah materi pembelajaran di jenjang pendidikan yang tidak bisa lepas dalam kegiatan kehidupan manusia, baik kegiatan pribadi maupun kegiatan sosial, kegiatan pribadi seperti kebutuahan melihat jam maupun memasak kue. Sementara kegiatan sosial seperti kegiatan transaksi jual beli dimana pembeli dan penjual harus sama-sama memiliki kemampuan dalam perhitungan penjumlahan dan pengurang, operasi bilangan bulat pengurangan sudah diajarkan sejak kelas II di sekolah dasar. Namun selama proses pembelajaran tidak semudah yang dibayangkan, ada saja terjadi hal-hal yang menghambat tujuan pembelajaran tercapai, seperti materi yang sulit dipahami disebabkan penjelasan guru tidak sampai kepada peserta didik. Hal ini menuntut guru untuk dapat menyelesaikan persoalan-persoalan yang ada di kelas, supaya penjelasa guru bisa dipahami oleh siswa maka dibutuhkan teknik untuk mengajarkan materi pengurangan, teknik ini memisahkan 1 angka dari sebuah bilangan yang kemudian disimpan, dan diakhir proses pengurangan bilangan 1 tadi akan dijumlahkan kembali. Dengan adanya sosialisasi teknik menyimpan ini, diharapkan dapat memudahkan siswa mempelajari materi pengurangan.

Abstract

The results of the study indicate that the level of use of learning media belongs to the good category in terms of indicators of visual media, audio media and audio visual media. The level of student learning motivation is classified as very high in terms of indicators that excite students, provide realistic expectations, provide incentives, and direct student behavior. The results of the analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that there is a significant influence of learning media on the learning motivation of fourth grade elementary school students with Indonesian language subjects.

Abstract

The results of the study show that there is an influence between the financing of education on the quality of education at SD Siburbur District Tapanuli. This is proven by the acquisition of the value of tcount (6.719)> ttable (2.003) while the test results using simple linear regression indicate that Y = 39.064 + 0.726X, because the regression coefficient is positive (+), so it can be said that education financing has a positive effect on education quality. The value of R Square is 0.446, which means that 44.6% of the quality of education at SD Siburbur District Tapanuli is influenced by education financing, and 55.4% is influenced by other factors such as facilities and infrastructure and the quality of educators.

Abstract

Campus introduction plays an important role in helping new students adapt to the university environment in the 21st century era. Discussing changes in educational paradigms, the influence of globalization, and the impact of technology on the teaching and learning process. Campus socialization is a key strategy in supporting student development and success amidst ever-developing social, economic and technological dynamics. The educational paradigm that shifts from the traditional model to a focus on 21st century skills is the basis for changes in the campus induction process. Globalization introduces competition in the job market, driving the need for global skills in students. Technological advances change the way of learning, so that campus outreach includes the introduction of educational technology and the use of digital tools. Campus outreach not only provides academic information, but also emphasizes student life balance, supports mental well-being, and introduces cultural values. Students are directed to seek more active and involved experiences in their educational environment, with campus socialization providing opportunities to engage in social, academic and self-development activities. An effective strategy for implementing the Introduction to New Student Campus Life (PKKMB) in the 21st century, highlighting important aspects such as introducing cultural values, fostering awareness of defending the country, preventing intolerance, and preparing students to face the industrial revolution 4.0. Through a mature approach, PKKMB is expected to provide initial provisions so that students become individuals who have depth of knowledge, nobility of morals, love of the country, and global competitiveness. The case study at Battuta University illustrates successful implementation involving all elements of the campus and provides concrete views regarding the success and impact of PKKMB.
