Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the sales and cash receipts accounting information system implemented at Fox Hotel, Pekanbaru. The success of an effective accounting information system is very important to support hotel operations, especially in ensuring the accuracy of transactions, accounting efficiency, and the timely presentation of financial reports. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with triangulation techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the accounting information system with the VHP (Visual Hotel Program) program for cash and credit sales transactions has been running quite well. However, there are still some obstacles, such as delays in the cash receipt process due to external factors, such as third-party payment platforms, and a lack of coordination between sections. This study concludes that in general, the system is effective, but improvements are still needed in the return system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah terhadap disiplin guru di MAS Ulu Tulisi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyak guru yang belum memahami tanggung jawabnya, seperti guru yang sering terlambat, guru piket yang sering mangkir, dan guru yang sering tidak menghadiri rapat bulanan. Kemudian, Kepala Madrasah masih belum tepat dalam menentukan pedoman kerja kepemimpinannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah dan disiplin guru di MAS Ulu Tulisi. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah terhadap disiplin guru di MAS Ulu Tulisi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi yang digunakan peneliti berjumlah 50 orang dengan menggunakan SPSS for Windows 25. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah (X) sebagai variabel independen dan disiplin guru (Y) sebagai variabel depan. Teknik pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan uji t. Sebelum dilakukan uji analisis, terlebih dahulu harus dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan linearitas. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) variabel kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 200,9, dan rata-rata TCR sebesar 80,36%. Variabel disiplin memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 189,5 dan rata-rata TCR sebesar 75,8% (2). Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Disiplin Guru di MAS Ulu Tulisi.
