Introduction: Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood, characterized by physical, psychological, emotional, and social acceleration. It requires a healthy younger generation that develops optimally toward adulthood. Health issues related to adolescents include reproductive health, unwanted pregnancies, abortion, drug abuse, and promiscuous behavior. Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are types of infectious diseases that are generally transmitted through sexual activity. In Indonesia, the prevalence of STIs is quite high, including HIV-AIDS at 0.3% and syphilis at 1.2%. The greatest risks come from sexual behaviors such as changing partners and not using condoms.Lack of knowledge or low levels of knowledge about STIs is one of the factors that significantly influences the high incidence rate among adolescents. Objective: Providing early education on sexually transmitted infections (STIs) to adolescents at SMPN 4 Ciamis through community service activities. Methods: The methods used in this activity were lectures and discussions supported by Infocus media, laptops, and slide presentations. Results: The evaluation results showed that 90% of the students' answers in the question and answer session were correct, while the remaining 10% were less accurate. The change in behavior from not knowing to knowing is a measure of success in educational or outreach activities. Conclusion: Community service activities was carried out smoothly and it was found that most of the students at SMPN 4 Ciamis were able to understand about STIs. The role of teachers and parents is very important in supervising children's activities and activities both at school and at home.:
