Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter religius siswa melalui pendekatan. Kajian ini menelusuri metode yang paling efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai religius dalam pendidikan serta mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi efektivitas PAI dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa. Berdasarkan telaah terhadap 10 jurnal nasional terpilih yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2024, ditemukan bahwa metode paling efektif meliputi pembiasaan, keteladanan, internalisasi nilai, nasihat, dan kisah teladan. Metode-metode ini terbukti berhasil ketika didukung oleh lingkungan sekolah yang religius, keterlibatan aktif guru PAI, dukungan orang tua, serta kurikulum yang relevan. Sebaliknya, tantangan seperti kurangnya keteladanan, keterbatasan fasilitas keagamaan, pengaruh negatif media sosial, dan latar belakang siswa yang beragam menjadi hambatan dalam efektivitas PAI. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan yang kolaboratif dan terintegrasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk membentuk karakter religius siswa yang kuat dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the gaps in the development of local character education models based on the values of Belom Bahadat and Belum Penyang Hinje Simpei and to identify their potential contributions to character education in Indonesia. The study employs a qualitative approach using a library research design. Data were collected from scholarly books, peer-reviewed journal articles, and relevant previous studies on character education, Dayak local wisdom, and the philosophical foundations of Belom Bahadat and Belum Penyang Hinje Simpei. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that these values embody religious, moral, social, and multicultural principles that are highly relevant as a foundation for character education. However, existing studies remain largely descriptive and normative, lacking applicative curriculum designs and empirical evaluations of implementation. This study underscores the need to develop a more systematic, contextual, and measurable local character education model to effectively integrate Dayak cultural values into formal education

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of Nearpod as an interactive learning medium in enhancing students’ learning participation in the Al-Qur’an Hadith subject at a Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative design. The research subjects consisted of Al-Qur’an Hadith teachers and seventh-grade students of MTsN 2 Katingan. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings indicate that the use of Nearpod significantly improves the quality of the Al-Qur’an Hadith learning process. Learning activities become more engaging and student-centered, resulting in higher levels of focus, enthusiasm, and active participation among students. Interactive features such as quizzes, polls, videos, and manipulative exercises encourage student involvement in responding to questions, participating in discussions, and completing learning tasks. Furthermore, Nearpod increases students’ learning motivation and assists teachers in delivering instructional materials in a more varied and well-structured manner. Therefore, Nearpod is effective as a digital learning medium in Madrasah contexts
