Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix and consumer trust on purchasing decisions. This study was conducted to determine (1) the influence of the marketing mix and consumer trust on purchasing decisions, (2) the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions, and (3) the influence of consumer trust on purchasing decisions. The population in this study consists of all consumers who made purchases at Nurbiana Shop, with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. These three techniques were chosen by the researcher because they are considered more effective for observing the phenomenon under study. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that, simultaneously, the marketing mix and consumer trust significantly influence purchasing decisions. Partially, the marketing mix and consumer trust also significantly influence purchasing decisions at Nurbiana Shop.

Abstract

This study describes the criteria for land reform land objects and the implementation of land redistribution for land reform objects in Kolaka Regency. The purpose of the study is to determine the criteria for land reform land objects and the implementation of land redistribution for land reform objects in Kolaka Regency. The method used in this study is normative-empirical research, namely research that combines normative legal approaches with the addition of various empirical elements. The results of the study indicate that the criteria for land reform land objects in Kolaka Regency are agricultural land, non-agricultural land (originating from the release of forest areas/reduction of rights), ex-HGU land whose rights have ended, more specifically that the criteria for land reform land objects in Kolaka Regency are dryland agricultural land which is a source of livelihood for the local community. The implementation of land redistribution for land reform objects in Kolaka Regency, in general, is: a. preparation and planning, aimed at knowing the potential, problems and needs of land recipients through social mapping of economic resources available and accessible to land recipients; b. conducting outreach that includes the formation of effective organizations, the availability of economic resources, and assistance mechanisms in gaining access from owners of economic resources; c. establishing effective land recipient organizations; d. facilitating and coordinating meetings with stakeholders; e. Partnership cooperation.

Abstract

The development of Indonesia and Improved Spelling (EYD) reflects the dynamics of language evolution in the historical, social, and cultural context of Indonesia. Indonesia, as the country’s official language,has undergone significant transformation from the colonial era to the modern era. This process not only includes the influence of Malay as a trade language, but also interactions with various regional languanges and global influences. EYD,as the official imdonesia spelling guidance system,hasundergone several changes over time. This approach was adopted to standardize language use and facilitate effective communication across all levels of society. Changes in EYD reflect efforts to update and perfect the language in accordance with current social developments, technology and communication needs.

Abstract

Television is one of the public media that fulfills many human needs and is very helpful in the need for educational knowledge. Television has three main functions, namely as follows. Firstly, television can provide accurate information and facts according to what is happening in the field. Both educational problems can also be seen to what extent they are. And thirdly as an entertainment medium. If one of them is not fulfilled then television will lose its social function in the eyes of society. Television as part of mass media is a transmission tool which also provides patterns and colors for the use of language, namely Indonesian and regional languages, as well as regional culture. Cultural diversity and development through mass media/television functions as mediating and shaping in shaping cultural discourse.
