Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi kewarganegaraan digital dalam komentar netizen pada akun TikTok @dedimulyadiofficial. Kompetensi kewarganegaraan digital menjadi penting dalam memahami kualitas partisipasi warga negara di ruang publik digital, terutama dalam konteks media sosial yang interaktif dan berbasis algoritma seperti TikTok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi, serta menerapkan kerangka tematik dari Krippendorff. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik relevance sampling terhadap 313 komentar terpopuler yang dikategorikan berdasarkan lima indikator kompetensi kewarganegaraan digital dari Mulyono dkk. (2021): digital citizenship identity, privacy and security management, rights and responsibilities, digital empathy, dan active and engaged. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi rights and responsibilities paling dominan dalam komentar netizen, diikuti oleh privacy and security management, sedangkan digital empathy dan active and engaged masih rendah. Rendahnya empati dan partisipasi aktif menunjukkan tantangan dalam praktik demokrasi digital di TikTok. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan literasi digital yang tidak hanya bersifat teknis, tetapi juga etis dan deliberatif. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran mengenai sejauh mana ruang komentar TikTok dapat menjadi cerminan partisipasi kewargaan digital dalam era platformisasi masyarakat.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the structure of partnerships formed, the implementation of development programs through such collaborations, and the readiness of foster children to engage with these programs. Employing a qualitative approach and a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation review. The findings reveal that partnerships with external institutions, such as the Child Rights Advocacy Institute (LAHA), are mutualistic in nature, grounded in principles of equality, transparency, and mutual benefit. The rehabilitation programs include skills training, religious education, legal counseling, and psychosocial support, guided by social learning theory. The readiness of foster children is influenced by both internal factors (motivation, self-awareness) and external factors (supportive environment, program delivery), which in turn affect behavioral changes, increased discipline, and active participation. These findings offer critical recommendations for strengthening partnership-based child rehabilitation programs that are aligned with the goals of civic education and social reintegration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors are the causes of low student participation in the implementation of FKIP Unila in 2020 and then compare which factors have the most significant influence. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The subject in this study is a student of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. The sample used in this study amounted to 98 respondents. The data collection technique in this study uses the main technique, namely questionnaire and uses supporting techniques, namely interviews. The data analysis in this study was using the frequency distribution of indicators and assisted by SPSS version 20. The results of the study show that the factors causing the low student participation in the implementation of the FKIP in 2020 are caused by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors show a percentage of 45.91% less influential, 50% quite influential and 4.08% influential. Meanwhile, external factors showed a percentage of 29.59% less influential, 46.93% quite influential and 23.46% influential. Thus, it can be concluded that significantly external factors are more significant in causing low student participation in the implementation of the 2020 FKIP Unila.
