Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing in improving the marketing of MSME products in Busung Village, Bintan. Busung Village has several superior products, such as gonggong crackers, which have the potential to be marketed more widely. This community service program is carried out through training and mentoring which includes branding strategies, use of social media, and marketplace management. The results of the activities show an increase in understanding and application of digital marketing by MSME players, which has an impact on increasing the number of orders and income. However, there are still challenges such as limited internet access and difficulties in creating consistent content. Therefore, further training and infrastructure support are needed to optimize the potential of digital marketing for MSMEs. With increased support, MSMEs in Busung Village have the potential to expand their market reach, improve their competitiveness, and contribute to local economic growth.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of HR strategies in employee development, employee involvement in collaborative and participatory approaches, while the purpose of this is to describe, explain, and know human resource development strategies, using some literature. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of observations and articles, journals, all of which were successfully collected and then analyzed. Which would like to see how the influence of HR strategy in employee development, because human resource employees are one of the crucial factors in human resource management. By involving employees to obtain long-term growth longevity and increase profitability in the midst of increasingly fierce industry competition. in a collaborative and participatory employee approach, meaning that the company involves employees effectively in the process of decision making, planning, and carrying out tasks. this approach also encourages employees to contribute, which empowers an inclusive work culture and actively participates in the development of organizational strategy implementation.

Abstract

This research is aimed at maximizing public trust in nazhir, through efforts to optimize waqf management. This research takes a qualitative approach, with data obtained through literature studies collected from various scientific articles, journals and other publications that discuss relevant topics. Data analysis was carried out by utilizing SWOT analysis, to find strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the implementation of waqf management in Indonesia. The research results show that its strength is because the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim, so its application can be more realistic. Meanwhile, the weaknesses are due to the low level of nazhir transparency, unprofessional waqf management, as well as promotional and development activities of waqf that is not yet optimal. This waqf management has the opportunity to launch a cash waqf type. However, what needs to be paid attention to are threats in the form of a lack of public understanding of the implementation of waqf, the emergence of the danger of waqf nazhir, and various social investments. The researchers formulated several strategies that were considered effective for overcoming waqf management problems, such as through implementing improvements to waqf management, maximizing marketing and promotional activities, and improving nazhir certification.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention among Al Baik Supermarket employees. In this research it can be seen that this research method is a quantitative research method. In this research, the sampling method used a saturated sampling technique. The saturated sampling method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Data analysis carried out in this research used SPSS version 21 to process the data where it can be seen that the stages carried out were research instrument testing which consisted of data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis testing, coefficient of determination testing, and hypothesis testing. Partial test results show that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention among supermarket employees. Second, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Third, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
