Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of administrative theories in the management of education at SDN 4 Depok. The study responds to the challenges of applying educational administration practices in elementary schools that are often still traditional and formalistic, and have not fully adapted to modern administrative theories. Using a qualitative approach with a single case study method, the research explores planning, organizing, executing, and supervising activities in the school’s management, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The findings indicate that SDN 4 Depok has begun integrating modern administrative principles, such as participatory planning and initial use of technology, though the practices are still dominated by classical bureaucratic approaches with weaknesses in data-based evaluation, equitable task distribution, and systematic feedback. The study confirms that the school is in transition toward modern, collaborative, and data-oriented management. These findings are expected to contribute theoretically to the development of educational administration literature and practically as recommendations for improving the managerial capacity of elementary schools. Keywords: educational administration, classical theory, modern theory, school management, case study

Abstract

This study explores the strategic planning model implemented at SMPN Satu Atap Pasirmunjul to prevent gadget addiction among junior high school students. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with case study methods, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research found that the Digital Sehat Program was designed collaboratively between school leaders, teachers, students, and parents. The program includes vision formulation, team structuring, SOP development, student digital ambassadors, educational activities, counseling services, and extracurricular engagement. The strategic planning process is responsive to the local context and prioritizes preventive, educational, and character-building approaches. Although the evaluation system remains basic, the program demonstrates potential for sustainability and replication. The school succeeded in fostering a digital culture that promotes balanced and responsible gadget use among students. Abstract

This study aims to describe in depth how the management of sports facilities and infrastructure contributes positively to the improvement of non-academic achievement of students. The focus of the research departs from the problem of limited school sports facilities and their management that is not optimal, so that students have not received adequate environmental support to develop their potential and achievements in the field of sports. Using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) theoretical framework, this study traces how the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising sports infrastructure facilities is carried out by schools. This research uses a qualitative paradigm with data collection methods in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Respondents in this study included school principals, PJOK teachers, infrastructure management staff, and other related parties. All data were analyzed through a systematic process of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that sports infrastructure planning has been carried out, but it has not fully referred to the applicable educational facility standards. The organization already has a basic structure, but its implementation has not been optimally carried out due to limited resources. At the implementation level, the use of infrastructure in both PJOK and extracurricular learning is not optimal due to the limited availability of tools and training spaces. Meanwhile, supervision is carried out informally and has not been supported by a structured evaluation mechanism. This study emphasizes that the management of well-planned, organized, and supervised sports facilities and infrastructure is a strategic factor in improving students' non-academic achievement. Strengthening planning, improving coordination, optimizing the use of facilities, and continuous supervision are steps that need to be taken by schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the learning digitalization policy in improving 21st century skills at SDN 1 Sukamanah. Along with the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0 era, schools are required to integrate technology in managerial and pedagogical processes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with principals and teachers, field observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using miles and huberman. The results of the study show that: (1) Planning is carried out by integrating the vision of digitalization into the KOS and RKAS documents with the long-term target of developing multimedia spaces by 2026; (2) Organizing is carried out through the formation of a Media Team and the division of additional ICT tasks for teachers through SKBM to build a collaborative culture; (3) Implementation is shown through the use of Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) devices and digital platforms such as Quizizz and Canva to hone students' creativity and critical thinking; (4) Evaluation is carried out through monthly meetings and coaching clinics to overcome internet infrastructure barriers. The conclusion of the study emphasizes that the effectiveness of the implementation of digitalization policies in realizing students' 21st century skills is highly dependent on the consistent synchronization of POAC management stages. The success of digital transformation does not only rely on the availability of infrastructure, but also on strengthening systematic and sustainable school managerial governance.
