Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using instructional media on students' learning motivation in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Negeri 1 Singkep Pesisir. The background of this research is the low motivation of students in learning PAI, which is influenced by internal and external factors, particularly the school environment. The use of instructional media is expected to be a solution to increase students' interest and motivation to learn. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 55 students as research samples. The Chi-Square test results showed a significant effect between the use of instructional media and learning motivation with an Asymp. Sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. The correlation test indicates that variable X (instructional media) and variable Y (learning motivation) have a perfect correlation, with a significance value of 0.01 < 0.05 and a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.957, which falls within the perfect correlation range (0.81-1.00). The results of this study show that the use of instructional media has a significant effect on increasing students' learning motivation. These findings indicate that innovative and interactive instructional media can encourage students to be more active in the learning process, particularly in the subject of PAI. The study’s recommendations emphasize the importance of schools providing adequate instructional media facilities to support a more effective learning process

Abstract

A common problem in school environments is the lack of discipline ofstudents in obeying the rules that apply in the school. Therefore, efforts need to bemade by the school in dealing with the problem of disciplinary violations committedby students at school. This study aims to determine: 1) The strategy of the viceprincipal for student affairs in improving student discipline at SMK MahardikaSingkep, 2) Inhibiting factors for the vice principal for student affairs in improvingstudent discipline at SMK Mahardika Singkep. The method used in this study is aqualitative method. The data sources for this study are primary data and secondarydata. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews anddocumentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, datapresentation, conclusions and verification. The results of the research on thestrategies of the vice principal for student affairs in improving student discipline atSMK Mahardika Singkep include: a) Socializing students about school regulations,b) giving reprimands and advice to students who are not disciplined, c) givingsanctions to students who are not disciplined, d) supervising student discipline. (2)Inhibiting factors for the vice principal for student affairs in improving studentdiscipline at SMK Mahardika Singkep include: a) lack of student self-awareness b)environmental influences.

Abstract

Supervisi klinis merupakan salah satu pendekatan supervisi akademik yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran melalui analisis dan refleksi kolaboratif antara supervisor dan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara komprehensif implementasi supervisi klinis sebagai strategi pengembangan profesional guru di madrasah, serta mengidentifikasi praktik-praktik efektif dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses implementasinya. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), penelitian ini mengkaji dan mensintesis literatur ilmiah terkini yang mencakup jurnal terindeks nasional dan internasional serta buku akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi klinis di madrasah mencakup beberapa tahapan utama, yaitu tahap pra-observasi, observasi pembelajaran, dan analisis pasca-observasi, yang dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kolaboratif dan reflektif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa supervisi klinis berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru, kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran, dan keterampilan mengelola kelas. Namun, implementasi supervisi klinis di madrasah masih menghadapi tantangan signifikan berupa keterbatasan kompetensi supervisor, rendahnya budaya refleksi di kalangan guru, beban administratif yang berat, serta resistensi terhadap evaluasi pembelajaran. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas supervisor melalui pelatihan khusus, pengembangan instrumen supervisi klinis yang adaptif terhadap konteks madrasah, serta pembentukan budaya kolaboratif yang mendukung keberlangsungan supervisi klinis sebagai mekanisme pengembangan profesional guru yang berkelanjutan
