Abstract

In the current landscape, online shopping offers unparalleled convenience to consumers, allowing them to purchase from the comfort of their homes. As a result, many users prioritize security and ease of use when choosing an online shopping platform. Ensuring secure transactions and user-friendly interfaces have become essential for e-commerce platforms to meet consumer expectations. This study aims to provide insights for e-commerce platforms, particularly the Tokopedia app, regarding factors that influence consumer purchase intentions, namely perceived risk as well as ease of use mediated by consumer satisfaction. A total of 200 participants selected through purposive sampling based on accidental random sampling, who use the Tokopedia application, were included in this study. Data were processed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) 4, and five hypotheses were proposed. The findings showed that all hypotheses were supported. These results suggest that Tokopedia should improve its security measures and continue to innovate to ensure ease of use for consumers. Prior studies provide support for these findings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Mutiara Mulia Raya (MMR) Tenggarong Seberang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 88 karyawan melalui teknik stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan (t = 3,608; sig. 0,001), stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan (t = 3,793; sig. 0,000). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh positif signifikan (F = 28.546; sig. 0,01) dengan kontribusi sebesar 40,2% terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Secara praktis, penelitian bisa berkontribusi bagi manajemen SDM untuk pengelolaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan sekaligus manajemen stres untuk meningkatkan produktivititas karyawan. Temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi manajemen SDM yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Tuntutan pekerjaan dan dinamika lingkungan kerja menjadi faktor penentu dalam menciptakan kelelahan kerja yang berpotensi akan berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk melakukan analisis beban kerja secara berkala agar dapat menciptakan keselarasan agar menciptakan peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Daeah E&C RDMP Balikpapan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi penelitian metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian teori dengan mengukur variabel penelitian dalam bentuk angka serta menguraikan data menggunakan prosedur statistik, dengan menggunakan sampling total sehingga yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah semua pekerja yang berjumlah  40 karyawan. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel beban kerja yang memiliki nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai β yakni 0,434, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pada penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil yakni variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.   Job demands and the dynamics of the work environment are determining factors in creating work fatigue, which can potentially impact employee performance. Therefore, it is important for companies to regularly conduct workload analysis to achieve alignment and improve overall employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. Daeah E&C RDMP Balikpapan. This research adopts a quantitative method, focusing on theory testing by measuring research variables numerically and describing the data using statistical procedures. Total sampling was used, so all 40 employees were included as research respondents. The results of this study indicate that the workload variable has a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a β value of 0.434. This shows that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Daeah E&C RDMP Balikpapan. Work discipline is an important factor in creating a productive and efficient work culture, and has a direct impact on individual performance within an organization. This study employs a quantitative approach using descriptive methods and simple linear regression analysis. The study population consists of all 40 employees at PT Daeah E&C RDMP Balikpapan, all of whom were selected as samples using total sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The higher the level of work discipline, the better the performance demonstrated. In practice, it is important for companies to continuously improve discipline through consistent regulations, training, and supervision to support work productivity. From a theoretical perspective, this study reinforces organizational behavior theory, which states that internal factors such as discipline significantly contribute to performance. Therefore, companies need to maintain and improve work discipline to support optimal work productivity. These findings provide empirical contributions to the development of human resource management studies in strategic industrial project environments.
