Abstract

Sebagai sebuah profesi yang terhormat, Advokat memiliki tanggung jawab dalammengemban amanat untuk turut serta dalam mewujudkan supremasi hukum.Tanggung jawab tersebut tidak semata-mata sebuah keharusan yang diwajibkansecara yuridis melainkan kewajiban yang muncul dari tuntutan hati nurani.Setidaknya advokat bertanggung jawab kepada empat hal yaitu tanggung jawabkepada Tuhan, tanggung jawab kepada kode etik, tanggung jawab kepada undang-undang dan tanggung jawab kepada masyarakat. Belakangan ini sering kitamendengar atau membaca di berbagai mas media perselisihan antara di kliendengan si Advokat/Pengacara, baik menyangkut proses penanganan kasus maupunmenyangkut soal pembayaran fee atau success fee si Advokat/Pengacara. Bahkanada klien yang melaporkan si Advokat/Pengacara ke Kepolisian dengan tuduhanmenggelapkan uang si klien atau meminta uang dari klien untuk upayamemenangkan perkara namun tidak berhasil atau tidak dilakukan sama sekali oleh siAdvokat/Pengacara, yang berakibat si Advokat/Pengacara ditahan. Untukmenghindari hal yang demikian ini perlu diantisipasi di awal kesepakan sebelummenandatangani Surat Kuasa bagi si Advokat/Pengacara,

Abstract

Social media can be understood that media is a tool used in communication activities. The dissemination of learning information is something that must be considered so that learning activities become more optimal and the objectives of learning can be achieved. The dissemination of information has so far experienced obstacles due to limited communication space. Various social media features used by the community, especially student students, to get learning materials in online learning activities. Fake news or hoaxes are now widely encountered on a daily basis and often even use provocative sensational titles. Based on that description, the problem is what efforts must be made in order to prevent the spread of hoax information with the knowledge and understanding of high school students in filtering information through social media. This service activity provides education to high school students about the importance of knowledge and understanding in preventing the spread of hoax information through social media for everyone. The service location will be carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Palu with the target of school students. The method of implementation is by lectures and discussions.

Abstract

AbstractParticipatory election supervision is an important part of realizing democratic elections and integrity. Village governments and village communities contribute fully in strengthening important elements to protect democracy in holding elections. The holding of elections and voters are important things to determine the quality of good democracy. Creating legal awareness about rights, obligations and political participation is an important component. The general problem is how participatory supervision of village communities in the implementation of elections is to realize elections that are democratic and have integrity. Second, what is the role of the village government in realizing democratic elections and integrity. The conclusion is that the role of village communities as political participation and support from the village government in providing political understanding is cooperation to realize democratic elections and integrity. AbstrakPengawasan partisipatif pemilu merupakan bagian penting untuk mewujudkan pemilu yang demokratis dan berintegritas. Pemerintah desa dan masyarakat desa berkontribusi penuh dalam memperkuat elemen penting guna melindungi demokrasi pada penyelenggaraan pemilu. Penyelenggaraan pemilu dan partisipasi pemilih merupakan hal penting untuk menentukan kualitas demokrasi yang baik. Terciptanya kesadaran hukum tentang hak dan kewajiban partisipasi politik merupakan komponen penting. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana pengawasan partisipatif masyarakat desa dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan umum dalam mewujudkan pemilu yang demokratis dan berintegritas. Kedua, bagaimana peran pemerintah desa dalam mewujudukan pemilu yang demokratis dan berintegritas. Kesimpulannya adalah peran masyarakat desa sebagai partisipasi politik dan dukungan pemerintah desa dalam memberikan pemahaman politik merupakan kerjasama untuk mewujudkan pemilihan umum yang demokratis dan berintegritas.
