Abstract

Employee performance is an important aspect that determines the success of a company, including at PT. Metaform in Purwokerta. This study is motivated by the importance of understanding the factors that influence employee performance, especially transactional leadership, intrinsic motivation, and social support. Transactional leadership is believed to be able to provide clear direction and rewards for employees, while intrinsic motivation encourages employees to work optimally because of the drive from within. In addition, social support from coworkers and superiors can also increase self-confidence and work enthusiasm. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transactional leadership, intrinsic motivation, and social support on employee performance at PT. Metaform Purwokerta. The study was conducted using a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees of PT. Metaform. The data were analyzed using multiple regression to determine the effect of the three independent variables on employee performance. The results showed that transactional leadership, intrinsic motivation, and social support together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings are recommendations for company management to strengthen transactional leadership practices, increase employee intrinsic motivation, and strengthen social support in the work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Tanamas Industry Cirebon, perusahaan manufaktur furnitur berbahan rotan dan kayu jati. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi terhadap 83 karyawan bagian produksi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja yang tinggi berdampak pada kelelahan fisik dan mental, menurunkan efisiensi, ketelitian, serta konsentrasi kerja. Sementara itu, sistem kompensasi yang masih terbatas pada gaji pokok dan uang kehadiran belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan keadilan dan proporsionalitas terhadap beban kerja yang dihadapi. Ketidakseimbangan ini menimbulkan persepsi ketidakadilan, menurunkan motivasi, dan berdampak negatif pada kinerja. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keseimbangan antara beban kerja dan kompensasi merupakan faktor kunci dalam menjaga motivasi serta kinerja karyawan yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar perusahaan melakukan penataan ulang beban kerja secara proporsional dan mengembangkan sistem kompensasi berbasis kinerja yang lebih adil dan adaptif terhadap kontribusi karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Warung Kopi Manis (WKM) di Cirebon. Dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 30 orang, Warung Kopi Manis menjadi studi kasus ideal dalam memahami keterkaitan antara sistem imbalan, kedisiplinan, dan kinerja di sektor usaha kuliner tradisional modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus fenomenologis, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, serta triangulasi data terhadap manajer dan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kualitas, seperti kepatuhan terhadap SOP, kebersihan, dan pelayanan ramah. Namun, pengaruh keduanya belum signifikan terhadap aspek kecepatan layanan, terutama saat kondisi operasional ramai. Kompensasi yang adil dan transparan terbukti meningkatkan loyalitas, tetapi belum mampu menumbuhkan motivasi intrinsik untuk mempercepat kinerja di bawah tekanan. Disiplin kerja juga kuat dalam kepatuhan waktu, namun belum efektif membentuk disiplin efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hambatan kecepatan layanan lebih dominan disebabkan oleh faktor non-SDM seperti desain alur kerja dan beban operasional, bukan semata oleh kompensasi atau disiplin kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel Earnings Per Share (EPS) dan Dividend Per Share (DPS) terhadap harga saham pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Periode 2020-2024. Penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif (kausalitas), penelitian ini menggunakan laporan keuangan PT. Bank Central Asia periode 2020 – 2024 sebagai populasi penelitiannya dengan teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Earning Per Share mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi (0.782 > 0.05) terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Dividen Per Share mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan nilai signifikansi (0.345 > 005)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work-Life Flexibility Policy on employee performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with burnout as a mediating variable. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. Data were collected through questionnaires from employees of PT Kaiti Global Indonesia and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS. The results of the study indicate that Work-Life Flexibility Policy has a negative and significant effect on burnout and a positive and significant effect on employee performance and OCB. Burnout has a negative and significant effect on performance and OCB, and is proven to mediate the relationship between Work-Life Flexibility Policy and employee performance and OCB. This study concludes that the implementation of an effective work flexibility policy can reduce burnout, thereby improving performance and encouraging employee OCB behavior.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor that determines the success of a business, including in the micro business sector such as Warung Nasi Jamblang Ibu Nur. To achieve optimal performance, support from various factors is needed, including compensation and work environment. These two factors play a role in shaping employee motivation, satisfaction, and productivity. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who were employees of Warung Nasi Jamblang Ibu Nur. The data analysis techniques used included validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-testing, F-testing, and coefficient of determination (R²) analysis. The results showed that compensation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation provided and the more conducive the work environment created, the higher the performance produced by employees. Thus, management is expected to continue to pay attention to the compensation system and work environment conditions so that employee performance can continue to improve optimally. This study aims to strengthen empirical evidence that fair compensation and a conducive work environment can improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development strategies and organizational communication on employee performance in Cirebon City. In an era of increasingly competitive business environment, effective human resource development and organizational communication are crucial factors in improving employee performance. This study was conducted to determine the extent to which these two variables influence employee performance in organizations/companies in Cirebon City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The research population was employees at companies/agencies in Cirebon City with a sample of [X] respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software.The results of the study indicate that: (1) Human resource development strategies have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Cirebon City; (2) Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Simultaneously, human resource development strategies and organizational communication have a significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of [X]%. This study recommends that organizations in Cirebon City improve their human resource development programs and improve organizational communication patterns to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liabilities and profitability on the firm value of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA), which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Firm value represents an important indicator that reflects investors’ perceptions of the company’s performance as well as its future prospects. In the aviation industry, which is characterized by high capital requirements and intense competition, understanding the factors that influence firm value is crucial for management and other stakeholders.The independent variables in this study consist of liabilities measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and profitability measured through Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, the dependent variable is firm value, which is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV) and Tobin’s Q. The data used in this research are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2021–2024 period, obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company’s official website.
