Abstract

Manajemen yang tepat diperlukan untuk mendukung perkembangan pendidikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik juga mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan hasil kerja, melalui penempatan tenaga kerja yang sesuai dengan kompetensi, pemberian pelatihan yang relevan, serta penghargaan yang mendorong kinerja yang optimal. Manajemen sarana prasarana adalah proses kolaboratif yang bertujuan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan fasilitas pendidikan yang dimiliki. Manajemen kesiswaan adalah proses pengelolaan semua hal yang berhubungan dengan siswa, mulai dari saat siswa diterima di sekolah hingga saat mereka menyelesaikan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Ma’had Bakkah dalam melaksanakan manajemen sekolah, termasuk tenaga pengajar, perkembangan siswa, fasilitas pendukung belajar mengajar dan proses penerimaan siswa sampai dengan keluarnya siswa. Untuk mendapatkan data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi ,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data dengan melakukan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ma’had Bakkah telah menerapkan manajemen sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana, dan kesiswaan secara terpadu, sistematis dan berkesinambungan. Dalam manajemen SDM, lembaga ini menjalankan tahapan perencanaan hingga pemberian kompensasi dengan tujuan untuk merekrut tenaga kerja yang tidak hanya memenuhi kualifikasi, tetapi juga mampu berkembang secara profesional melalui pelatihan dan pengawasan yang berkelanjutan. Sementara itu, manajemen sarana prasarana dilaksanakan melalui strategi perencanaan, pengawasan rutin, dan inventarisasi berkelanjutan guna menjamin fasilitas pendidikan selalu dalam kondisi optimal dan mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Adapun manajemen kesiswaan difokuskan pada pembentukan karakter dan kemampuan akademik siswa melalui proses seleksi yang ketat, pembinaan sejak awal, evaluasi berkelanjutan, serta sistem peraturan.

Abstract

Cases of jaundice (hyperbilirubinemia) is a condition that is often found in newborns. About 50-70% of term babies and 80-90% of premature babies have hyperbilirubinemia. Jaundice or hyperbilirubinemia occurs due to too high levels of bilirubin in the blood. This situation occurs because the function of the liver (liver) in newborns is not yet perfect to break down and remove bilirubin from the body. When this happens, the skin and the whites of the baby's eyes are yellow (jaundice). At first, light therapy is done using natural methods, namely with a source of sunlight. However, due to the limited effective time for irradiation, which can only be done between 07.00-09.00 in the morning, this therapy cannot be carried out throughout the day. The development of this tool uses the Arduino uno control system and the OV 7670 camera module to make it easier for health workers to control babies. This tool has a speaker that has advantages for 2-way communication so that movement and sound will be heard on the user's cellphone. This research uses quantitative methods with a development research approach or better known as Research & Development (R&D). In the health sector, products produced through R&D research are expected to increase health productivity, namely security and safety when using tools. Based on the measurement results of the bluelight lamp, it was found that the wavelength value of the lamp got an average accuracy value of 96.26%. The results of the validation assessment from the material expert validator get an average interpretation value (81) and the media expert validator gets an average interpretation score (84), making the Bilirubin Baby Monitoring tool on the IoT-Based Photetherapy Tool 'Very Good' to use.

Abstract

The measurement of a patient's weight and height is of great importance in the context of medical examinations, as it allows for the early detection of diseases. However, it is important to note that many individuals do not have an ideal body weight, with some being overweight and others underweight. Being overweight can lead to obesity, while being underweight is often associated with malnutrition. Therefore, the objective of this research is to develop a weight and height scale based on the Broch method with accurate output and printable results. The research methodology employed is research and development (R&D). The methodology employed in this research comprises preliminary research, product design, design review, design revision, product testing, and validation. Based on the results of the product testing, the following conclusions can be drawn: the adapter output voltage measurement is 12.13 VDC, with an error of 0.13 VDC and an error of 1.1%. The average voltage measured during testing of the Arduino Mega 2560 was 5.01 VDC, with an error of 0.01 VDC and an error of 0.2%. Ultrasonic sensor readings at a distance of 185 cm demonstrated no error (0 cm), with an error of 0%. Load cell readings at a distance of 40 kg exhibited an error of 0.67 kg and an error of 1.6%. The validation assessment received a rating of 100% from material experts and 96% from media experts. Referring to the feasibility category table, the result is designated as "very eligible".

Abstract

The impact of coal mining in South Kalimantan, the phase after exploitation, involves various aspects such as economic, social, environmental, legal, educational and industrial. Although the negative impacts are numerous and complex, this research aims to explore the positive impacts and economic potential for future social welfare. This research involves mapping the positive impacts of former mines and mining pits that are widespread in South Kalimantan, particularly from Kotabaru in the Southeast to Tabalong in the East. Mine pits, which may cover thousands of hectares and reach depths of hundreds to thousands of kilometers above ground level, are the main focus. Through a structured research program, the results can be identified as potential long-term benefits that can be managed properly. One significant positive impact is the potential utilization of former mine pits as an Electric Energy Reserve. Through transformation into a Power Lake, the region can become a sustainable source of renewable energy. In addition, the concept of energy-preneurship can be introduced to encourage innovation in the energy sector and create new economic opportunities. Environmental aspects can also be accommodated through the establishment of Flood Flow Buffers, which not only act as environmental protection but also provide local economic benefits. Revitalized mine pits can be transformed into proverty residences, such as apartments and lake hotels that bring natural beauty as well as a source of income for local communities. In addition, the reconstruction and transformation program can generate land for fish cages and lake biota, create boat and speedboat cruise attractions, and even become a lake sports icon. All of these initiatives can be managed with national development needs in mind and have the potential to become a source of foreign exchange through the tourism and renewable energy sectors.
