Abstract

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental neurological condition marked by challenges in social communication and repetitive, restrictive behaviors. In Indonesia, there are approximately 2.4 million individuals with ASD, with an additional 500 new cases emerging annually. Anxiety is a prevalent issue among children with ASD, often going unnoticed due to their limited ability to express emotions. To address this, a Socially Assistive Robot (SAR) with a blood pressure sensor can be used to monitor anxiety levels by tracking vital signs, particularly blood pressure, offering an indirect method to detect anxiety. Yayasan Gentaralam SLB Autis in Sumatra Selatan provides crucial support for children with autism, and this project seeks to introduce SAR robots to aid in their care. The robots will serve as non-pharmacological tools to help identify and manage anxiety in children. SAR robots, designed to engage socially, can monitor anxiety by measuring physiological responses, providing a less intrusive yet effective method of assessment. The success of using SAR robots to detect anxiety levels in autistic children depends on various factors, including the child’s autism severity, the setting in which the robot is used, and the child’s emotional condition during the interaction

Abstract

The distribution transformer at PD0681 substation of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Ampera experienced an overload condition that could accelerate insulation aging and reduce the reliability of the electrical distribution system. This study aimed to analyze the transformer loading during peak load conditions and determine an appropriate solution based on SPLN No. 50 of 1997. The analysis was carried out using field measurements of current and voltage on each phase. The results showed that the transformer loading reached 105.74% of its rated capacity of 100 kVA, indicating an overload condition. As a solution, an uprating simulation was performed by increasing the transformer capacity to 160 KVA, which reduced the loading level to 66.09%, placing it within the safe operating range. In addition, load growth was projected using the Least Square method, showing that the transformer loading would reach 76.11% in 2030, which is still within the acceptable operating limit according to the applicable standard. Therefore, transformer uprating is considered an effective technical solution to improve the reliability and continuity of long-term power distribution.
