Abstract

Ketersediaan air minum merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang harus dipenuhi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM) menjadi salah satu solusi dalam menjamin akses air bersih, khususnya bagi wilayah yang mengalami keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan investasi pengembangan SPAM dari Mata Air Cibulakan oleh Perumda Air Minum Tirta Raharja di Kabupaten Bandung menggunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV) dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Analisis ini dilakukan untuk menentukan apakah investasi yang direncanakan layak secara finansial. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa proyek ini memiliki NPV positif sebesar Rp 518.181.911.866 (NPV > 0), yang menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan lebih besar dibandingkan biaya investasi. Selain itu, nilai IRR sebesar 11,59% lebih tinggi dari tingkat bunga minimal 10%, yang menandakan proyek ini menguntungkan dan layak dijalankan. Berdasarkan hasil ini, pengembangan SPAM dari Mata Air Cibulakan direkomendasikan untuk diteruskan. Namun, guna memaksimalkan keuntungan, perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah strategis dalam mengurangi tingkat kebocoran air dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui pemeliharaan infrastruktur yang optimal. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi di sektor penyediaan air minum, sekaligus sebagai referensi bagi proyek serupa dalam meningkatkan akses air bersih secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of climate change and motivation on the interests in the business world in the student environment of the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Using descriptive quantitative methods and associative methods, this study involved 45 respondents who were selected by purposive sampling. Data collected through questionnaires were compiled to measure the level of awareness, motivation, and entrepreneurial behavior. The results of the analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between belief and motivation towards interests in the business world, with a positive value of cooperation. In addition, integrated motivation serves as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between desires, expectations and interests. And strong motivation is very important to increase the number of students in entrepreneurship. This research is expected to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship among students and become a hope for educational institutions in designing programs that support the improvement of small businesses. Thus, the results of this study can be the basis for efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia

Abstract

Along with population growth and rapid development in Bandung Regency, demand for clean water is increasing. The development of a clean water supply system for Perumda Drinking water Tirta Raharja certainly requires a study of the feasibility of investing in the development of a drinking water supply system (SPAM) from the Cibulakan spring of Perumda Drinking Water Tirta Raharja, Bandung district so that it can be known to what extent the process is beneficial for the community and of course for the Government. The settlement method in this calculation for Feasibility Investment Analysis uses the Net Present Value (NPV) method and the Break Event Point (BEP) method. From the results of the investment feasibility analysis from the financial aspect with the Net Present Value (NVP) investment assessment, an NPV value of IDR 518,181,911,866 (NPV > 0) was obtained. So, the development of a Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) from the Cibulakan springs of the Tirta Raharja Drinking Water Company, Bandung Regency is worth continuing. An NPV value that is positive or greater than (> 0) indicates that the income is greater than the value invested. The results of the Break Even Point (BEP) investment assessment showed that the return value occurred in the 14th year with the accumulation of negative profits being marked as positive after the 14th year. This explains that the investment in developing a Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) from the Cibulakan springs of Perumda Drinking water Tirta Raharja in Bandung Regency is worth running, because there is a return on investment as proven by the BEP value for 7 years.
