Abstract

Advocates in carrying out their profession are under the protection of laws, statutes and codes of ethics, which cannot be prosecuted before a court, either civil or criminal, as long as they have good faith in defending the interests of their clients. However, in practice, many Advocates are caught in criminal cases in carrying out their professional duties. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out the characteristics of good faith referred to in article 16 of Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates in terms of law enforcement and legal protection for the advocate profession and criminal liability for the actions of advocates in carrying out their professional duties without going through the mechanism of examining the Code of Ethics. . The theory used to analyze is law enforcement theory, legal protection theory, and criminal responsibility theory. The writing method used is normative writing method, by analyzing a legal issue through laws and regulations, literature, and other reference materials. The results of this study are that the work of a legal advisor is a work of trust in good faith to rectify the problems faced by clients whose existence is regulated and protected by law. The criminal responsibility of an advocate who commits a crime in carrying out his profession must be seen from the mistakes made by the advocate so that he is seen as having committed an act that meets the elements of a crime which must be proven first through an examination of the code of ethics. The government and/or legislators must pay more attention to and scrutinize the formation of statutory regulations so that there are no overlapping rules and so that one law does not conflict with another. As well as to strengthen the profession, it is hoped that there will be a need for stricter and more precise rules that can be used as a legal umbrella in professional life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem peringatan darurat yang efektif dan responsif bagi individu tunarungu. Penyandang gangguan pendengaran sering kali mengalami kesulitan menerima peringatan darurat berbasis audio, seperti alarm kebakaran atau peringatan cuaca yang bergantung pada suara. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mencoba mengatasi tantangan tersebut dengan merancang sistem yang mempertimbangkan kebutuhan khusus mereka. Metode yang digunakan mencakup survei terhadap individu dengan gangguan pendengaran untuk memahami preferensi dan kebutuhan mereka dalam menerima peringatan darurat. Selain itu, teknologi dan metode komunikasi alternatif juga dieksplorasi, termasuk penggunaan lampu sinyal, perangkat getar, dan pemberitahuan visual yang dapat diterima oleh individu dengan gangguan pendengaran. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem peringatan darurat yang menggabungkan berbagai jenis sinyal visual dan getaran lebih efektif dalam memberikan peringatan kepada individu dengan gangguan pendengaran. Desain yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan audiens ini dapat mengurangi risiko penundaan atau ketidakmampuan menerima peringatan darurat, sehingga meningkatkan kesadaran dan keselamatan mereka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya merancang sistem peringatan darurat yang inklusif, yang mempertimbangkan kebutuhan individu dengan gangguan pendengaran. Penelitian di masa depan dapat fokus pada pengintegrasian teknologi terbaru untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan dan daya tanggap sistem peringatan darurat ini.

Abstract

This study examines how attitudes regarding online buying and the consequences for purchase intention are influenced by perceived website repute, relative advantage, perceived website image, and trust. Researchers employed a survey method in this study to conduct descriptive research. A questionnaire was used in this survey approach. E-commerce consumers who reside in Jabodetabek make up the study's population. Using judgmental sampling, the researcher employed a non-probability sampling technique. In this study, the single-cross-sectional approach was employed for data collecting. The structural equation model method will be used to analyze the data. Amos is the program that's being used. According to the data processing results, it was discovered that, in the first place, relative profits, trust, and website image are all significantly positively impacted by perceived website reputation. Second, trust, the perception of websites, and attitudes toward online commerce are considerably improved by relative advantage. Third, perceptions of websites have a detrimental effect on attitudes toward internet buying. Fourth, sentiments toward internet purchasing are positively impacted by trust, though not much. Opinions regarding internet purchasing significantly positively influence fifth intentions to purchase. This demonstrates that consumers' intentions to buy through a website positively correlate with their attitude about online buying.

Abstract

This Community Service Practice focuses on improving the quality of management of the Al-Quran Education Park (TPA) in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency, East Java. Even though there are several TPAs ??in Pandansari, there are TPAs ??that are less effective in managing and complying with the curriculum of the Al-Qur'an Kindergarten Development and Development Institute-Indonesian Mosque Youth and Youth Communication Agency (LPPTKA-BKPRMI) thus having an impact on the quality of education management Al-Qur'an. This research aims to improve landfill management through a comprehensive training program. This training equips educators with the tools and knowledge to align with the curriculum. So that it can increase the effectiveness of teaching at the Al-Quran Education Park. After the training, a Follow-up Plan (RTL) was carried out including distributing guidebooks and administration. Assistance in implementing the Curriculum of the Al-Qur'an Kindergarten Development and Development Institute-Indonesian Mosque Youth Communication Agency (LPPTKA-BKPRMI) has gone well. The socialization and distribution of all Guidebooks and Administration has been well distributed. All Al-Quran Education Parks in Pandansari Village accept and are willing to implement it in their respective Al-Quran Education Parks (TPA). However, some TPAs ??only accept some. Like TPA Baitul Hasyim, it is ready to implement a Cash Administration Book. And the Kholid Hasyim TPA has almost been completely implemented, only the Cash Administration Book has not been accepted. This research shows the importance of systematic management in improving Islamic education and suggests that further support and monitoring is needed for continuous quality improvement. Abstract

In practice students also experience problems that are used as a phenomenon in this study, where based on the results of interviews students are able to save on their income but still experience financial problems in everyday life. Based on this phenomenon, this study was conducted to examine ‘The Effect of Financial Socialization and Financial Attitude on Financial Management Behavior with Locus of Control as a mediating variable’ The results of this study state that there is a significant influence between Financial Socialization on Financial Management Behavior (H1 accepted). Financial Socialisation has a significant effect on Locus of Control (H3 is accepted). Financial Attitude on Locus of Control (H4 is accepted). Locus of Control has a significant effect on Financial Management Behaviour (H5 is accepted). Locus of Control can mediate Financial Socialization on Financial Management Behavior (H6 accepted). On the other hand, this study also shows that Financial Attitude has no significant effect on Financial Management Behavior and Locus of Control is also unable to mediate Financial Attitude on Financial Management Behavior so it can be concluded that H2 and H7 are rejected

Abstract

Human resources have a major role in every organizational activity. As the main key, human resources will determine the success of the implementation of organizational activities. Human resources always play an active and dominant role in every organization, because human resources are planners, actors and determinants of the realization of organizational goals. A productive person describes the potential, perception and creativity of a person who always wants to contribute his abilities to benefit himself and his environment. The aim of this research is to explain human resource development in increasing work productivity. To help answer questions about human resource development in increasing work productivity, the type of research is theoretical research with the help of secondary sources such as books or journals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of climate change and motivation on the interests in the business world in the student environment of the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Using descriptive quantitative methods and associative methods, this study involved 45 respondents who were selected by purposive sampling. Data collected through questionnaires were compiled to measure the level of awareness, motivation, and entrepreneurial behavior. The results of the analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between belief and motivation towards interests in the business world, with a positive value of cooperation. In addition, integrated motivation serves as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between desires, expectations and interests. And strong motivation is very important to increase the number of students in entrepreneurship. This research is expected to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship among students and become a hope for educational institutions in designing programs that support the improvement of small businesses. Thus, the results of this study can be the basis for efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia

Abstract

Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency, there are things that need to be discussed related to Good Governance, for example service procedures that are too complicated, there is no certainty of time and price, so public access to services is quite difficult. Such things are elements that will damage the professionalism of employees and agencies because they are examples of poor work effectiveness in an organization and will ultimately affect public services. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method with the help of SPSS version 26, the data collected is questionnaire data totaling 60 respondents.The results of the research conducted show that the variables have a simultaneous influence but only two variables have a significant influence, namely Professionalism and Work Effectiveness in Public Services. Meanwhile, Good Governance partially has an insignificant effect on Public Services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM), dukungan organisasi, dan kesiapan berwirausaha pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Responden penelitian ini adalah 150 mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi di salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri di Indonesia yang telah mengikuti program kewirausahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert 5 poin. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha, sedangkan dukungan organisasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa dukungan organisasi berperan sebagai variabel moderasi yang memperkuat pengaruh kompetensi SDM terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi mahasiswa dan dukungan institusional dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.
