Abstract

This essay is written to answer the questions set forth in the problem formulation, namely: first, what is the legal basis for the judge in deciding the case decision number 111/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Ptk? second, what is the judge's consideration in refusing to file a lawsuit because there is still a husband and wife relationship in decision number 111/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Ptk? This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources of this research consist of primary sources in the form of document manuscripts and secondary sources, namely KHI, Law Number 1 of 1974, Government Regulation Number 9 of 1975, books and journals that discuss the decisions of the cases studied. Furthermore, the data that was collected was analyzed with a deductive mindset to analyze the judge's decision to reject the divorce case because the plaintiff and the defendant were still having sexual relations. Based on the analysis carried out, the researchers concluded that the chronology of the divorce lawsuit against married couples who were still having sex was rejected by the Panel of Judges at the Pontianak Religious Court, in decision number 111/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Ptk it was the wife who initially proposed lawsuit because her husband who became a drug addict, was then imprisoned for six years and three months and there were constant disputes. However, in the process of the lawsuit, the plaintiff and the defendant still had a husband and wife sexual relationship. Based on this, the Majlis Hakim stated that the arguments of the plaintiff's claim for divorce were legally flawed. In the sadd az-zari'ah analysis, the judge's decision is appropriate because it aims to avoid avoiding a maslahah act that results in harm that the initial law of marriage is permissible but because there is still sexual intercourse which is feared to cause pregnancy, divorce is not allowed.

Abstract

Obesity is one of the considerable medical issues happening all around the world. Obesity has a high rate that makes it one of the reasons for difficulties in adults. People with excess weight should maintain a healthy diet to avoid diseases caused by high obesity. This research analyzes obesity rates in the productive age scope of 20-24 years in 3 nations on the African landmass (Gambia, Cameroon, and Ethiopia) utilizing information from the Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) platform from 2018 to 2020. The strategy used to process the data is logistic regression analysis. In this review, four factors are utilized, including living environment, education level of abundance in metropolitan/provincial regions, and occupation. The statistical analysis used here is logistic regression linked to the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 application to identify the factors associated with the Prevalence of obesity in the three countries sampled in the study. From the study results, the Prevalence of obesity in Cameroon country is 14.7%, in the Gambia is 10.8%, and in Ethiopia is 4.4%. From the statistical test using logistic regression, the odds ratio (OR)> 1 means a relationship between these four risk factors and the occurrence of obesity in the 3 sample countries. This study concludes that residence, level of education, wealth index, and work activities directly affect a person's nutritional status, causing obesity.

Abstract

Disasters are events that can threaten and become a disruption to life because they cause environmental damage, material loss, cause human casualties, and cause physical and psychological health problems. One of the psychological problems after a disaster is anxiety in vulnerable groups such as children. Apart from disaster factors, parenting style also influence children's anxiety levels. Parent with increased activity after the eruption causes children's basic needs to not be met, which becomes a post-eruption anxiety stressor. This research aims to determine the relationship of parenting style with anxiety levels in school-age children after the eruption of Mount Semeru in Huntara Lumajang. This research uses a cross sectional method. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach of 84 respondents. Data were collected using the PSDQ questionnaire for the variable parenting style and the Z-SAS questionnaire for the anxiety level variable for school-age children after the eruption. Test the correlation between parenting style and anxiety level in school-age children after the eruption using the contingency coefficient test. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between parenting style variable and the level of anxiety in school-age children after the eruption with p-value=0.002 (a=0.05). Once the correlation between variables is known, the nurse's role can be to take promotive and preventive actions to reduce and minimize anxiety problems in post-eruption children by paying attention to parenting style factors from parents.
