Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of multicultural service and religious background on patient satisfaction through employee loyalty at Praktek Mandiri Bidan Rosida. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method conducted on respondents who have received services at the clinic. The population in this study consisted of all patients who had visited Praktek Mandiri Bidan Rosida, while the sample was determined using specific criteria of service recipients; however, the exact number of respondents is not specified in this abstract. Data were analyzed using path analysis to examine both the direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results show that multicultural service and religious background have a significant effect on patient satisfaction. Furthermore, patient satisfaction is proven to be a significant mediator in shaping patient loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of a service approach that respects cultural and religious diversity to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty in midwifery care services.

Abstract

The advancement of science and technology has increased public awareness of healthy living, establishing health as a critical foundation for social and economic stability. Hospitals, therefore, play a central role in providing high-quality healthcare services that influence patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on the satisfaction of hemodialysis patients at Mitra Jatiasih Hospital. A quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational design was employed, involving all 72 hemodialysis patients as research subjects through total sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption tests. The results showed that facilities had a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction, contributing 17.4%, while service quality also had a significant impact with a 13.2% contribution. Simultaneous testing revealed that both variables collectively accounted for 39.5% of the variation in patient satisfaction. These findings underscore that improvements in infrastructure and the quality of service delivery are critical to enhancing satisfaction among patients undergoing long-term treatment. In conclusion, the study confirms that better facilities and optimal service quality lead to higher satisfaction levels, emphasizing the need for hospital management to prioritize these areas in delivering patient-centered care.

Abstract

Tujuan- menjelaskan peran emosi terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan).Penelitian exolanatory survei. terhadap guru di Jawa Barat sebanyak 364 guru SMK swasta dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan emotion yang terdiri dari enjoyment, anger dan anxiety. Dengan arah yang sama untuk menjelaskan kinerja . Implikasi teoritis yaitu Penjelasan mengenai emosi berdasarkan emotional labour theory menunjukan bahwa emosi merupakan aspek penting yang berkaitan dengan kinerja para guru sekaligus menunjukan kualitas kehidupan mental para guru. Emosi sebagai sumber daya bagi guru untuk melaksanakan perannya. Implikasi praktis bahwa emosi perlu dikelola berdasarkan pandangan mengenai fungsi emosi untuk mendukung proses maupun pelaksanaan tugas-tugas guru memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran siswa di Sekolah. Abstract

Guru berpengalaman diperlukan untuk mendukung aktivitas utama lembaga pendidikan vokasi agar mampu menghantarkan para siswa bersaing di era revolusi industri dan menjadi bagian dari society 5.0. Menganalisis hubungan tacit knowledge on teacher saticfaction and Performance in Private vocational school Deskriftif inferensial melalui survey menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 334 guru Sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) swasta yang tersebar di Jawa barat yang dipilih secara acak sederhana. Prosedur pengolahan data menggunakan SEM untuk menjawab masalah penelitian. Sikap terhadap kondisi dan tantangan dalam pekerjaan yang rendah termasuk penghargaan menyebabkan para guru berpengalaman membatasi optimalisasi fungsi pengalaman untuk mendorong meningkatnya kinerja guru.Tacit knowledge tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja akibat lemahnya pengharhan terhadap guru berpengalaman di SMK swasta. Memberikan penjelasan mengenai pentingnya tata kelola tacit knowledge terhadap kinerja di pendidikan vokasional melalui sistem yang terstruktur yaitu knowledge management.

Abstract

Masalah utama yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Di PT. Yatra Buana Fajar, yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor Disiplin Kerja dan Pemberian Upah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja (X1) dan Pemberian Upah (X2) secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (Y) Di PT. Yatra Buana Fajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Yatra Buana Fajar sebanyak 45 responden (sampling jenuh). Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari Disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Terdapat juga pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari Pemberian Upah terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Secara simultan, Disiplin Kerja dan Pemberian Upah bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Di PT. Yatra Buana Fajar
