Abstract

The process of product returns from suppliers is very urgent to reduce large company losses due to products returned from suppliers experiencing many problems. This study aims to measure the supply chain performance in each backflow supply chain of telecommunication industry products in Indonesia. Analysis was conducted using the SCOR model and determination of value weighting using AHP. The results of the analysis with 10 indicators for the delivery and return process show that the total value of PT. XYZ's company performance is still far from the target. This indicator must be corrected because there is a need for an increase in company performance, namely the Delivery and Return indicators, one of which occurs in returns when the driver brings damaged goods taken from the supplier and repackages, or commonly called repackaging, the damaged product in the PT. XYZ warehouse. There is a shortage[A1] [A2] or lagging of some of these products. The results of the analysis also show that PT. XYZ has the lowest performance value on both criteria, namely delivery and return, where each of these values can be categorized as "poor" or can also be called bad. With this finding, what must be done to improve performance is the addition of Quality Control management so that the product you want to return or return for the repair process can be managed such that there is no shortage of product returns, does not take a long time, and does not cost much more money during the delivery process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of transparency and accountability in the process of procurement of goods/services electronically as well as the inhibiting factors for implementing accountability of goods/services electronically. This study uses the E-Procurement method, implementing the principle of procurement of goods/services, the government will find it easier, especially transparency and accountability that are directly related to information systems and technology. The results obtained in this study are that the procurement process for goods/services is in accordance with existing regulations and the technical team as end users already feel that the electronic procurement process is transparent. on the LPSE LKPP website. The clinical impact of this research is the government that allows for vulnerability in the form of corruption. Therefore, the government obliges every Ministry/Institution/Regional Work Unit/Institution to carry out procurement activities of government goods/services electronically, which is then referred to as e-procurement.

Abstract

PT. DPM is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of bodies, motorcycle spare parts (2 wheels) and cars (4 wheels). The company handles several types of parts on cars focused on the stamping area, in this study analyzing part quality control in the Box Fuel Inlet sub-group. During the production process there are known problems, namely the existence of defects or defects in the accuracy of clearance or gaps. This shows that the quality of goods is not optimal in the Box Fuel Inlet sub-group. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out an analysis of quality control in order to be able to reduce the number of defects or to produce zero defects. The method used in this study uses Six Sigma with DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) stages and to determine critical points or failure modes with the highest risk value to provide recommendations or recommended actions. The results showed that the highest defect was found in the D30 Fuel Inlet Box with a total defect of 31 pcs. The Capability Process (CP) calculation shows that the three Box Fuel Inlet sub-groups are below the normal limit

Abstract

PT. X focuses on warehousing logistics, transportation, and pest eradication services. In the distribution of rice, PT. X hands over to its subsidiary engaged in transportation services. The subsidiary of PT. X has problems faced, namely the number of varied delivery destinations, different requests for each customer and route determination still relying on the experience of the driver. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the optimal route in delivery, by minimizing the total distance traveled, calculating the total minimum cost resulting from the calculation of the Tabu Search Algorithm. The results of the study, the total distance on the company's initial 4 routes amounted to 372.6 Km and the overall initial cost of 4 routes incurred by the company amounted to Rp. 1,654,244. After using the Tabu Search Algorithm, 3 new route proposals were generated amounting to 298.5 Km and the overall cost for 3 routes was Rp. 1,339,223 which means getting a distance savings of 74.1 Km and shipping cost savings of Rp. 315,021. The route results obtained using the Tabu Search Algorithm are, Route 1: (0-C4-C60) with a distance of 45.8 Km, route 2: (0-C1-0) with a distance of 85 Km, route 3: (0-C3-C5-C2-0) with a total distance of 167.7 Km.

Abstract

PT. Blue Gas Indonesia is a company engaged in sales, distribution, gas refiling and assembling. This company also has a household equipment production and assembly business unit under the Vienta trademark and markets Blue Gas and Vienta kitchen equipment products such as Hand Stand Mixers. This company has a problem, namely PT. Blue Gas Indonesia still uses a manual system to plan Raw materials for making handstand mixers. This can cause problems, such as frequent calculation errors when Raw material stock is too small, resulting in the production process being hampered. Therefore, this research aims to find out the optimal quantity of Raw material needed and to know when to place a new order using the MRP Method, Lot For Lot-for-lot technique, Economic Order Quantity, and Period Order Quantity. The results of the research produced From the results of analysis using the Material Requirement Planning method by calculating Lot Sizing using three techniques, namely Lot For Lot, Economic Order Quantity, and Periodic Order Quantity on Raw materials for Hand Stand Mixer products, it can be concluded that the lotting or lot-sizing technique costs money. The minimum inventory for almost all Raw materials is the Lot For Lot technique with a total inventory cost of IDR 4.422.348.978,59.
