Abstract

My Indonesian Sehat Application (ASIK) is an application developed by the Indonesian Ministry of Health to strengthen immunization data. However, the limited knowledge of health workers in using the ASIK application resulted in reported immunization coverage up to the third quarter reaching 32,62% whereas manual immunization coverage date reached 62,80%. For Pekanbaru City, the manual immunization coverage date is 51,57% and ASIK 21,22%, so there is a large gap. The aim of this service is to increase health workers' knowledge regarding the use of the ASIK application for complete routine immunization coverage reports. The method used in socialization activities is carried out online by holding Zoom Meetings. Evaluation of knowledge results using a quantitative type of research, quasy design-one group pre-test and post-test experiment. The total sample of 21 respondents was taken using total sampling techniques, questionnaire measuring tools. Data analysis used the paired t-test. The results of this research show that there is a significant effect of providing socialization on the ASIK Application on increasing PJ's knowledge of the immunization program in using the ASIK Application with (pvalue=0.000). ASIK application socialization activities can be carried out continuously, not only to immunization program PJs but also to all immunization program PJs, midwives and cadres not only in Pekanbaru City but also covering all regencies in Riau Province.   Abstrak Sanitasi merupakan faktor penting dalam kesehatan masyarakat tidak terkecuali bagi masyarakat pesisir. Abstract

Disaster-related health crisis management is a strategic component in maintaining the resilience and sustainability of regional health systems. This study aims to analyze the implementation of disaster-related health crisis management programs in Riau Province, Indonesia, in 2025 across the pre-crisis, emergency response, and post-crisis phases. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing document analysis, field observations, and in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that program implementation has not been optimal due to limitations in human resources, insufficient funding allocation, the absence of standardized operational documents such as Contingency Plans and cross-sectoral Standard Operating Procedures, as well as weaknesses in the healthcare logistics system. High-risk environmental conditions, including haze, flooding, and land fires, further complicate health emergency responses. A significant gap exists between national policy standards and local implementation capacity. This study emphasizes the need to strengthen human resource capacity, enhance funding, improve healthcare logistics, integrate early warning systems, and promote cross-sectoral collaboration and community empowerment to improve health system resilience in future disasters.
