Abstract

This study aims to determine"The Influence of Work Discipline and Workload on Employee Performance(Study on Community Empowerment for Helath Service Employees). The results of this study indicate that 1) it can be seen that tcount (1,959) < ttable (2.045), likewise with a significance value of 0,060> 0.05 it can be concluded hypothesisfirst denied, meaningWork Discipline Variable (X1) has no significant effect on Employee Performance Variable (Y). 2)it can be seen that tcount (1.023) < ttable (2.045), and a significance value of 0.315 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is rejected, meaningWorkload Variable (X2) has no positive and significant effecton Employee Performance Variables (Y) .3) it can be seen that Fcount (10.247) > Ftable (3.34), and a significance value of 0,000<0.05, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaningWork Discipline Variable (X1), Workload Variable (X2), have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance Variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine“The Influence of Price on Consumer Purchase Interest with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study of Community Users of Health Facilities in the United States)”. the results of this study indicate that 1)it can be seen that tcount (3.128) > ttable (1.667), likewise with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Price variable(X) positive and significant effecton Customer Satisfaction (Y1). 2) it can be seen that tcount (1.766) > ttable (1.667), and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the price(X) positive and significant effecton Buying Interest (Y2). 3) it can be seen that tcount (6.987) > ttable (1.667), and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning Customer Satisfaction (Y1)influentialpositive andsignificanton Buying Interest (Y2). 4) the direct effect of variable X on variable Y2 is 0.162. While the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is 0.357 x 0.642 = 0.2291, the calculation results obtained show that the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is greater than the direct effect on the Y2 variable.

Abstract

In this study, the population was employees of Russian Medical Doctor and Nurses, namely as many as 30 people. Because the target population is less than 100, the sampling technique used is the census method, in which the entire population, totaling 30 employees of Russian Medical Doctor and Nurses. Made the sample in this study. Data analysis is a desire to classify, make a sequence, manipulate and abbreviate data so that it is easy to read and understand. In other words, data analysis activities are raw data that has been collected needs to be categorized or divided into several categories or groups, shortened in such a way that the data can answer problems according to research objectives and can test hypotheses. With the results of the first hypothesis accepted, meaning that the variable Working Status (X) has a positive and significant effect on incentives (Y1). the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Work Status (X) has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y2). the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that incentives (Y1) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y2). The calculation results obtained show that the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is greater than the direct effect on the Y2 variable.

Abstract

The results of this study show. (1) It can be seen that the adjusted R square value is 0.774 or 77.4%. This shows that the Work Discipline Variable (X1) and Work Morale Variable (X2) can explain the Employee Performance Variable (Y) of 77.4% , the remaining 22.6% (100% - 77.4%) is explained by other variables outside this research model. (2) The results of the (Partial) t test show that tcount (6.481) > ttable (1.990), likewise with a significance value of 0.00 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the Work Discipline Variable (X1) has an effect not significant to Employee Performance Variable (Y). (3) The results of the t test (Partial) can be seen that the tcount (7.650) > ttable (1.990), and the significance value is 0.00 <0, 05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Morale Variable (X2) has a significant effect on the Employee Performance Variable (Y). (4) The results of the simultaneous test (F) can be seen that the Ftable value is 3.22. From this description it can be seen that Fcount (69.631) > Ftable (3.24), and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Discipline Variable (X1), the Work Morale Variable (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on the Employee Performance Variable (Y).
