Abstract

The human digestive system is a system consisting of digestive organs that function to digest food in the human body. The lack of learning media that makes it easy to learn the material of the human digestive system becomes a separate obstacle for users so that research is carried out aimed at developing the learning media of the human digestive system more easily so that it can see the digestive system organs more clearly with virtual. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which consists of four stages namely analysis, design, evaluation and testing. This test is carried out with the appropriateness test conducted on the user testing respondents. The results of respondents' testing on the feasibility of the application of the human body's digestive system using questionnaire data from 40 respondents showed that "Strongly Disagree = 0%", "Disagree = 0.5%", "Neutral = 20.5%", "Agree = 93.5%", "Strongly Agree = 88%". With the application test results using the black box test (Black Box Test) all the menu functions in the application have been successful in accordance with their respective functions. The conclusion of this research is the application of virtual reality digestive system in the human body which is simulated in the digestion of food from the first entry to the exit has been successful as expected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine“The Influence of Price on Consumer Purchase Interest with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study of Community Users of Health Facilities in the United States)”. the results of this study indicate that 1)it can be seen that tcount (3.128) > ttable (1.667), likewise with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Price variable(X) positive and significant effecton Customer Satisfaction (Y1). 2) it can be seen that tcount (1.766) > ttable (1.667), and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the price(X) positive and significant effecton Buying Interest (Y2). 3) it can be seen that tcount (6.987) > ttable (1.667), and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning Customer Satisfaction (Y1)influentialpositive andsignificanton Buying Interest (Y2). 4) the direct effect of variable X on variable Y2 is 0.162. While the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is 0.357 x 0.642 = 0.2291, the calculation results obtained show that the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is greater than the direct effect on the Y2 variable.

Abstract

In this study the population was Employees of United Kongdom Medical Dcotor and Nurses, namely as many as 950 people. From the basis for determining the writer's sample based on the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of `10%, the number for the sample is 91 respondents. the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that location accessibility (X) has a significant effect on community satisfaction (Y1). the second hypothesis is rejected, meaning that location accessibility (X) has no significant effect on community satisfaction (Y2). the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that service quality (Y1) is an intervening variable that mediates the effect of location accessibility (X) on community satisfaction (Y2).

Abstract

The results of this study show. (1) It can be seen that the value of the adjusted R square is 0.046 or 04.6%. This shows that work discipline (X) can explain work communication (Z) by 04.6%, the remaining 95.4% (100% - 04.6%) is explained by other variables outside this research model. (2) The results of the (Partial) t test can be seen that a tcount value of 1.544 is obtained with α = 5%, ttable (5%; nk = 28) obtained a ttable value of 2.048. From this description it can be seen that tcount (1.544) < ttable ( 2.048), as well as the significance value of 0.134 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the work discipline variable (X) has no positive and significant effect on work communication (Z). (3) The results of the t test (Partial) can be seen that the value of tcount is 0, 078 With α = 5%, ttable (5%; nk = 28) obtained a ttable value of 2.048 From this description it can be seen that tcount (0.078) < ttable (2.048), and its significance value is 0.938 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis the third is rejected, meaning that work communication (Z) has no significant effect on MEDICAL EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (Y). (4) Path analysis shows the direct effect of variable X on variable Y of 0.676. While the indirect effect through variable Z is 0.280 x 0.012 = 0.003, the results of the calculations show that the indirect effect through variable Z is smaller than the direct effect on variable Y. and a significance value of 0.938 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is rejected, meaning that work communication (Z) has no significant effect on MEDICAL EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (Y). Abstract

This research uses a type of library research or normative legal research, with the data sources used being secondary data in the form of the Criminal Code and Jinayah Fiqh books. Data collection was carried out by reading various forms of books and literature that were relevant to the case. The conclusion of this thesis can show that national law in Indonesia does not specifically regulate punishments for perpetrators of persecution, but perpetrators can be charged with the same punishment as acts of persecution, namely the articles in the Criminal Code (KUHP). Perpetrators of persecution are usually charged with extortion and threats, abuse and assault. Meanwhile, according to Islamic law, persecution is included in the form of extortion (hirabah) and also the form of persecution (jurh), the perpetrator himself is punished with a qishas penalty if it results in death and a ta'zir penalty if only minor injuries occur. However, Allah SWT strictly forbids this act and must be avoided by us as His creatures.
