Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi kesantunan dalam komunikasi daring melalui analisis pragmatik terhadap komentar warganet pada video YouTube program Login episode 30 bersama Prof. Dr. Quraish Shihab. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah pola interaksi sosial, termasuk dalam konteks digital yang minim ekspresi nonverbal, sehingga menuntut strategi linguistik yang adaptif dan sopan. Dengan landasan teori kesantunan Brown dan Levinson, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode observasi non-partisipatif, di mana data diperoleh dari tangkapan layar komentar pada kanal YouTube Deddy Corbuzier dan dianalisis secara purposive berdasarkan relevansi dan intensi komunikatif. Analisis dilakukan melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan dukungan validitas berupa triangulasi teori dan diskusi sejawat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa strategi positive politeness mendominasi dalam bentuk pujian, ekspresi emosional, dan penciptaan keakraban, sementara strategi negative politeness muncul dalam konteks permintaan maaf dan penghormatan terhadap kebebasan lawan tutur. Selain itu, strategi bald-on-record dan off-record digunakan secara signifikan dalam kritik tersirat maupun langsung terhadap pihak lain atau situasi tertentu, memperlihatkan dinamika komunikasi ekspresif yang tetap mempertimbangkan etika berbahasa di ruang publik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kesantunan linguistik tetap menjadi instrumen penting dalam menjaga keharmonisan dan efektivitas komunikasi, bahkan di ruang digital yang terbuka dan anonim, serta memperkuat relevansi teori kesantunan dalam praktik komunikasi kontemporer.

Abstract

The campus teaching program is a learning channel that provides students with the opportunity to study outside campus for one semester to practice their ability to solve complex problems by becoming partners with teachers to innovate in learning, development strategies and learning models that are creative, innovative and fun. The aim of this activity is a form of community service in improving literacy and numeracy skills. The method used in this activity is active collaboration between field supervisors, students and teachers at the school. This pursuit campus service activity was carried out at Ampenan 2 State Elementary School, Karang Pule Village, Sekarbela District, Mataram City. This service activity was carried out for four months. Some of the activities carried out to increase literacy and numeracy include library book fireplaces, numerical games on the kahood application, express Islamic boarding school activities during the fasting month, literacy and arithmetic assistance programs (calistung), helping to accompany teachers in teaching in class and so on. The student participants looked very enthusiastic about participating in campus teaching activities. Students felt great benefits from this activity. Students become more enthusiastic about studying and learning.
