Abstract

Working mothers can breastfeed directly while on maternity leave. After coming to work breastfeeding activities cannot be carried out immediately. However, working mothers continue to breastfeed in a different way while working. To continue to provide breast milk, mothers must express milk. Expressing breast milk can use hands directly with massage techniques and with the help of a breast pump. Working mothers are not free to breastfeed directly like mothers who live at home every day. Working mothers can breastfeed by giving expressed milk. Working mothers have to spend time between working hours to pump breast milk. The result is expressed breast milk that can be packaged and stored in such a way that it can be given to the baby. This activity was comprehensively discussed in the community service activities which were held on March 30, 2021 at the Faculty of Health Sciences Campus. Socialization activities started from registration, pre-test, counseling on breastfeeding, post-test and results recapitulation. Followed by pregnant and lactating women as many as 28 people. In this activity the midwives, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers were very enthusiastic as evidenced by the many questions that were included in the question-and-answer session because so far many mothers did not understand how to give. This community service is to produce an educational product in the form of a pocket book on how to express breast milk to breastfeeding mothers who work to increase the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers. In this community service, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge of pregnant and lactating women by using the ASI pocket book media.

Abstract

Dalam kenyataan sehari-hari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik (guru agama) adalah bagaimana dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, karena banyak peserta didik yang masih kurang dalam memahami ajaran agama Islam. Apakah hal ini disebabkan siswa yang masih kurang aktif dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar atau cara guru dalam mengajar yang monoton dan membosankan. Agar proses pembelajaran bisa berjalan dengan baik, maka pendidik sebagai penggerak belajar peserta didik dituntut untuk menggunakan dan menguasai berbagai jenis strategi atau metode pembelajaran aktif. Strategi/metode pembelajaran aktif sangat diperlukan karena peserta didik mempunyai cara belajar yang berbeda-beda. Ada yang senang dengan membaca, berdiskusi dan ada juga yang senang dengan cara langsung praktik.

Abstract

This research is aimed to investigate whether Read-ask-put (RAP) Strategy improves significantly students’ reading comprehension. A quasi-experimental method was conducted in this research with a time-series design consisting of one pretest-posttest group. The population of this research was the student of class VIII SMP 5 Pinrang in the 2018/2019 academic year which consisted of 10 classes. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique, VIII.1 class as the experimental group and VIII.2 as the control group. The number of experimental groups was 30 students and 30 students in the control group. The research instrument used was reading the test. Based on the data analysis, the mean score of the experimental group was higher than the controlled group (79,6> 72,76). This showed that the reading comprehension of the students who are taught through rap strategy was better than the students who are taught through reading aloud. The result of t-test value (3,07) was greater than t-table for α = 0.05 with df = 58 is 1.671. It means that the alternative hypothesis was accepted. The study concluded that teaching English through RAP Strategy improved the students’ reading comprehension in SMP 5 Pinrang.

Abstract

This service was carried out as a form of concern for the Department of Arabic Literature, Faculty of Letters, State University of Malang (JSA FS UM) towards graduates. In this training, the gate will be equipped with knowledge and application of several innovative learning models in Arabic language learning. The learning models in question are Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL), and Discovery Learning (DL) models. These learning models will be applied in Arabic language learning. The details of the application of the three models are contained in 7 materials presented by the speakers. After delivering the material, the activity organizers assisted the participants in practicing. This assistance is carried out online and offline. Service is provided in learning for five weeks. Every week, participants are given a tutorial on designing the application of Arabic language learning models, and participants create articles related to the application of innovative learning models in Arabic. Fifty participants attended this activity. As evaluation material, the activity implementer distributed a questionnaire via Google Forms after the action was carried out. The results of the questionnaire are as follows: The facilities provided by the facilitator. 90.9% of participants said it was perfect, and 9.1% said it was good. The questionnaire results are related to the resource person's mastery of the material. 75% of participants stated that the resource person mastered the material, and 22.7% noted that the resource person got the material. The questionnaire results related to the resource person's clarity in delivering the material. 72.7% of participants stated that the resource person clearly explained the material, and 25% said the speaker's explanation was clear. The questionnaire results are related to the usefulness of the material in learning innovation. 86.4% of participants stated that the activity resource was very useful in learning innovation, and 13.6% noted that the activity helped them learn creation.

Abstract

The campus teaching program is a learning channel that provides students with the opportunity to study outside campus for one semester to practice their ability to solve complex problems by becoming partners with teachers to innovate in learning, development strategies and learning models that are creative, innovative and fun. The aim of this activity is a form of community service in improving literacy and numeracy skills. The method used in this activity is active collaboration between field supervisors, students and teachers at the school. This pursuit campus service activity was carried out at Ampenan 2 State Elementary School, Karang Pule Village, Sekarbela District, Mataram City. This service activity was carried out for four months. Some of the activities carried out to increase literacy and numeracy include library book fireplaces, numerical games on the kahood application, express Islamic boarding school activities during the fasting month, literacy and arithmetic assistance programs (calistung), helping to accompany teachers in teaching in class and so on. The student participants looked very enthusiastic about participating in campus teaching activities. Students felt great benefits from this activity. Students become more enthusiastic about studying and learning.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas proposal hibah penelitian dan pengbdian masyarakat dalam skema Penelitian Dosen Pemula (PDP) dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pemula (PMP) di wilayah Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) Wilayah III Jakarta. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 05 April 2023 secara luring dan daring di aula Kihajar Dewantara Gedung LLDIKTI Wilayah III Jakarta. Peserta terdiri dari 40 orang dari 17 perguruan tinggi di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode bimbingan teknis dengan pendekatan terstruktur. Materi bimbingan teknis meliputi pemaparan struktur proposal dan RAB hibah penelitian dan sesi review proposap usulan peserta dan Evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan teknis berhasil meningkatkan kualitas dan standar penulisan proposal PDP di wilayah LLDIKTI Wilayah III Jakarta. Peserta terlihat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini. Mereka dapat memahami proses penyusunan proposal dengan baik. Kendala yang dialami yakni kurang pemahaman tentang struktur dasar proposal penelitian dan RAB hibah, serta kesulitan dalam merumuskan masalah penelitian dan menentukan metodologi yang tepat. Luaran dari kegiatan, peserta berhasil mensubmit proposal mereka secara tepat waktu melalui akun Bima. Disarankan peneliti selanjutnya untuk mendorong terbentuknya kolaborasi antarpeneliti dalam menyusun proposal, baik antara peserta bimbingan teknis maupun dengan peneliti lain di bidang terkait, untuk memperluas wawasan dan memperbaiki proposal dan mampu mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi peserta dalam menyusun dan meningkatkan kompetitivitas proposal yang diajukan.

Abstract

Community development is a significant aspect of the Company's implementation of CSR programs. Community development programs carried out in Pegantungan Village studied in this journal are regarding the Empowerment of Coastal Women by assisting the Mutiara Ru SME (Small Medium Enterprise) group. The problem of unstable selling prices for marine products means that other productivity activities are needed to support the economic needs of village communities. The results of program activities carried out by PT PLN Nusantara Power – PLTU Suge Belitung show that through the programs, groups can be empowered, and women can fulfill the household economy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze evaluations to provide an objective picture of the extent to which learning objectives are achieved, enabling teachers to identify students' weaknesses and strengths. Apart from being used as a basis for providing feedback to students, the evaluation results also help them to improve their understanding of concepts and plan steps for improvement. The Guidance Counseling (BK) subject makes a positive contribution to students' self-understanding, development of social skills, solving personal and academic problems, as well as career planning. This research method uses qualitative with descriptive research type. The data source uses guidance and counseling teachers. The data collection technique used interviews conducted at SMPN 5 Sangatta Utara School with Guidance Counseling (BK) teachers regarding the Guidance Counseling (BK) program which had been carried out at the school which still felt difficult. This is due to the transition of the situation after the pandemic to the school period and then continued with the change from the K-13 curriculum to the independent curriculum, so that Guidance Counseling (BK) learning evaluations continue to be carried out so that they can play a role in creating a conducive learning environment, as well as helping students prepare for facing life's challenges and deciding what is right for their future. Evaluation of learning by guidance and counseling teachers is also carried out in collaboration with various parties, especially with students' parents and the school, as well as guidance from guidance and counseling teachers for students must be continuous. Thus, the evaluation of Guidance Counseling (BK) subjects is expected to make a positive contribution to self-understanding, development of social skills, solving personal and academic problems, as well as students' career planning.

Abstract

The extensive use of inorganic fertilizer can affect soil fertility. To overcome these problems it is necessary to improve soil fertility. One of them is by adding organic matter using organic fertilizer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of organic fertilizer management on growth and NPK nutrient uptake of three varieties of upland rice. his experiment used a factorial randomized block design. The first factor was a variety consisting of three levels, namely: V1 (Inpago 8), V2 (Inpago 12), and V3 (Inpago 13 Fortiz). The second factor was a organic fertilizer management which consists of four levels, namely: F1 (recommended dose of inorganic fertilizer), F2 (cow dung + biochar), F3 (solid vermicompost + biochar) and F4 (nanovermicompost + biochar). The research results showed that in general the V1F1 treatment (Inpago 8 with recommended doses of inorganic fertilizer) gave a good response to the growth of upland rice. Kinds of organic fertilizer management treatment using vermicompost is the best treatment

Abstract

Kinerja UMKM adalah sejauh mana UMKM dalam melakukan pencapaian dalam menjalankan usaha dalam bentuk keberhasilan atau kegagalan dalam menjalankan usahanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh e-commerce, pemberian kredit terhadap kinerja UMKM melalui pemahaman akuntansi pada pelaku UMKM di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan responden sebanyak 35 pelaku UMKM di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pelaku UMKM di kota Makassar, pemberian kredit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM, pemahaman akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, e-commerce, pemberian kredit, dan pemahaman akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, e-commerce tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM melalui pemahaman akuntansi, dan Pemberian kredit tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM melalui pemahaman akuntansi.
