Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran manajemen spiritual dalam pengelolaan emosi guru di TK IT Tamrinul Aulad manyargading, kalinyamat jepara, dengan fokus pada pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan anak usia dini yang mempengaruhi kualitas pengajaran dan interaksi guru dan siswa. Pentingnya aspek spiritual dalam pendidikan menjadi semakin relevan untuk mengingat kompleksitas tantangan emosional yang dihadapi guru dalam lingkungan pembelajaran modern, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan anak usia dini yang membutuhkan kesabaran dan ketahanan emosional tinggi. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui tiga metode pengumpulan data: wawancara mendalam dengan para guru dan staf administratif, observasi partisipatif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehari-hari, dan focus group discussion yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan pendidikan. Penelitian ini secara khusus menganalisis implementasi praktik spiritual seperti refleksi diri, meditasi, dan penguatan nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam mengelola stres dan tekanan emosional guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan signifikan. Pertama, guru yang secara konsisten menerapkan manajemen spiritual menunjukkan peningkatan ketahanan emosional yang terukur, tercermin dalam kemampuan mereka mengelola stres dan tekanan pekerjaan dengan lebih efektif. Kedua, terdapat korelasi positif antara praktik spiritual dengan tingkat empati guru terhadap siswa. Ketiga, implementasi manajemen spiritual berkontribusi pada penciptaan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih positif dan kondusif. Temuan penelitian menggaris bawahi pentingnya pengembangan program pelatihan manajemen spiritual yang terstruktur sebagai strategi peningkatan kualitas pengajaran dan kesejahteraan guru. Rekomendasi mencakup implementasi praktik spiritual dalam rutinitas sekolah, pengembangan kurikulum pelatihan yang mengintegrasikan aspek spiritual, dan pembentukan sistem dukungan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan efektivitas program manajemen spiritual dalam jangka panjang. Abstract

This study aims to identify the challenges and opportunities for parental involvement in educational management at TK IT Tamrinul Aulad. Parental involvement is an important factor in supporting the quality of early childhood education, but often faces obstacles such as time constraints, ineffective communication, and different understandings between schools and parents. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that parental involvement makes a positive contribution to educational management, especially in terms of communication, support for home learning, and participation in decision making. However, the main challenges faced are the busyness of parents and the lack of structured programs to accommodate their involvement. Opportunities include the development of more effective communication media and the implementation of joint activities that can increase synergy between schools and parents. This study recommends increasing collaboration and innovation efforts in educational management to optimize the role of parents in supporting the success of education at TK IT Tamrinul Aulad.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the application of movement-based music learning in improving children's motor skills in Tamrinul Aulad IT Kindergarten. The problem faced is the lack of stimulation of children's motor development through fun and integrated learning activities. The study used a two-cycle classroom action research (PTK) method, involving 25 children aged 5-6 years. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. Movement-based music learning is applied through various activities such as movement and song, rhythmic music playing, and creative dance. The results showed a significant improvement in children's gross and fine motor skills. In cycle I, 60% of children achieved the expected development criteria (BSH), increasing to 85% in cycle II. Aspects that have improved include coordination of movement, balance, muscle strength, and the ability to follow rhythm. Movement-based music learning also has a positive impact on the social-emotional aspects of children, increases enthusiasm for learning, and creates a fun learning atmosphere. The study concluded that movement-based music learning is effective in improving early childhood motor skills and can be recommended as a learning strategy in early childhood educational institutions.
