Abstract

Perkembangan gaya hidup modern ditandai dengan meningkatnya konsumerisme, khususnya pada mahasiswa dan anak muda. Faktor psikologis berupa Kecemasan Keuangan melalui Literasi Keuangan memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku konsumtif. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menganalisis peran Kecemasan Keuangan pada Perilaku Konsumtif, dengan Literasi Keuangan selaku variabel moderator. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dengan kuesioner, melibatkan 130 mahasiswa Universitas Pattimura yang menggunakan layanan dompet digital. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sementara analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEM-PLS guna melakukan pengujian hipotesis penelitian. Dari hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa kecemasan finansial memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, artinya semakin tinggi kecemasan finansial, semakin rendah kecenderungan mahasiswa untuk berbelanja. Sebaliknya, literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi literasi keuangan, semakin besar potensi mahasiswa untuk mengonsumsi. Selain itu, hasil uji moderasi menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan memperkuat pengaruh kecemasan keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin berkembang membuat mahasiswa semakin mudah untuk melakukan transaksi, tapi juga mendorong peningkatan consumptive behavior karena promo dan kemudahan akses. Mahasiswa rentan terhadap consumptive behavior disebabkan oleh mudahnya akses transaksi digital, promosi dan promo yang ditawarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh E-Wallet dan financial literacy terhadap consumptive behavior mahasiswa dengan mental accounting sebagai variabel moderasi. Adapun metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada mahasiswa pengguna E-Wallet, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan PLS-SEM. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan membuktikan bahwa E-Wallet memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap consumptive behavior, sementara financial literacy memberikan pengaruh negatif signifikan. Sedangkan mental accounting ternyata mampu memperkuat pengaruh E-Wallet terhadap consumptive behavior dan memperlemah pengaruh financial literacy. Hasil penelitian ini mempertegas akan perlunya faktor psikologis untuk dapat memahami consumptive behavior mahasiswa pada era yang serba digital.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial technology (fintech) adoption on the financial performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Ambon City, with financial literacy serving as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method involving 83 MSME owners who have utilized fintech services in their business operations. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPls through the assessment of the outer and inner models. The findings reveal that fintech adoption has a positive and significant effect on MSME financial performance. This suggests that the use of fintech enhances operational efficiency, expands access to financial services, and accelerates transaction processes. Moreover, financial literacy was found to strengthen the relationship between fintech adoption and financial performance, indicating that MSMEs with higher levels of financial literacy are better able to optimize the use of financial technology to improve their business outcomes. The study contributes to the advancement of digital financial management literature and provides practical implications for improving financial literacy and promoting MSME digitalization in island-based regions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran transformasi digital terintegrasi yang mencakup pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (AI), optimalisasi sumber daya manusia (SDM) berbasis kapabilitas digital, strategi pemasaran digital, serta penggunaan layanan fintech dalam mendorong keunggulan kompetitif UMKM di Kota Ambon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hub-ungan antarvariabel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepa-da pelaku UMKM yang telah menerapkan teknologi digital dalam aktivitas bisnisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital melalui peningkatan kemam-puan teknologi, integrasi pemasaran digital, dan kesiapan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya saing UMKM. Namun, analisis validitas diskriminan mengindikasikan adanya tumpang tindih konsep pada beberapa konstruk, khususnya antara AI, fintech, dan keunggulan kompetitif. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital yang terintegrasi mampu menjadi penggerak utama keunggulan kompetitif UMKM di Ambon, terutama ketika ditopang oleh SDM yang adaptif dan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan pendampingan UMKM dalam menghadapi dinamika ekonomi berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Financial inclusion remains a major challenge for MSMEs, particularly in island regions facing limited access to formal financial institutions, disparities in digital infrastructure, and high transaction costs. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial technology (fintech) on MSMEs’ financial inclusion while also examining the moderating role of digital infrastructure in the context of the Maluku island economy. The study population comprised MSMEs operating in the Maluku islands with access to digital devices, with a total sample of 250 MSMEs selected using purposive sampling based on the criteria of being active for at least one year and having experience with fintech services. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to simultaneously test direct causal relationships and moderation effects. The results indicate that fintech has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs’ financial inclusion, and digital infrastructure strengthens this effect by enhancing access, usage, and quality of financial services. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with digital infrastructure as a moderating variable to explain fintech adoption in island regions, thus addressing the research gap related to challenging geographical contexts. Practically, these findings provide important implications for policymakers and fintech developers, highlighting that strengthening digital infrastructure should be a strategic priority to maximize fintech benefits and expand MSMEs’ financial inclusion in remote areas.

Abstract

Masa pra-pensiun merupakan fase krusial yang membutuhkan kesiapan finansial yang memadai guna menjamin kesejahteraan individu setelah memasuki masa pensiun. Namun, rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan masih menjadi tantangan utama bagi guru dan tenaga kependidikan di sekolah negeri dalam menyusun perencanaan keuangan pra-pensiun yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat literasi perencanaan keuangan pra-pensiun bagi guru dan pegawai sekolah negeri melalui edukasi keuangan berbasis masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Maluku Tengah dengan melibatkan 63 responden. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahapan observasi, pre-test, sosialisasi dan diskusi interaktif, serta post-test sebagai bentuk evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada tingkat literasi keuangan peserta, yang tercermin dari kenaikan skor rata-rata pemahaman dari 50,2 persen pada pre-test menjadi 98 persen pada post-test. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi keuangan berbasis masyarakat efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran guru terhadap pentingnya perencanaan keuangan pra-pensiun. Dengan demikian, program ini dapat dijadikan model intervensi yang aplikatif dan berpotensi direplikasi di sekolah negeri lainnya.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in regional economic development, particularly in archipelagic areas such as Ambon City, which face geographical constraints and limited market access. This study aims to examine the impact of Social Media Marketing and Financial Technology on MSME performance in Ambon City. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using survey data collected from 200 MSME owners who actively utilize social media and financial technology services. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that both Social Media Marketing and Financial Technology have positive and significant effects on MSME performance. Financial Technology demonstrates a more dominant influence by improving transaction efficiency, accelerating cash flow turnover, and enhancing financial management practices. Meanwhile, Social Media Marketing contributes to increasing product visibility, expanding market reach, and strengthening relationships with customers. Furthermore, the findings reveal that the integration of financial technology and digital marketing creates a synergistic effect that enhances overall MSME performance. These findings highlight the importance of adopting an integrated digital strategy to improve MSME competitiveness and sustainability in archipelagic regions. The study provides practical insights for MSME owners and policymakers in designing more effective digital empowerment strategies.

Abstract

Coastal tourism areas offer significant opportunities for strengthening local economies through the development of tourism-based creative enterprises. However, in many coastal communities this potential has not been fully optimized due to several structural and capacity-related challenges. Limited entrepreneurial literacy among local youth, low utilization of digital technologies in business activities, and inadequate financial management practices among small enterprises often hinder the transformation of tourism resources into sustainable economic opportunities. Considering that young people represent an important driver of innovation and local economic development, strengthening their entrepreneurial capacity becomes an essential step in maximizing the potential of coastal tourism. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Beach-Hub Creative program as a community-based empowerment model designed to enhance youth entrepreneurial capacity in coastal tourism areas. The program integrates blue marketing strategies with basic digital financial management practices to support the development of creative and sustainable businesses. The research employed a participatory approach through educational sessions, practical training, and guided practice on digital marketing, product branding, and the use of simple digital financial recording tools. The findings indicate that participants experienced notable improvements in their understanding of digital promotion strategies, product branding, and more structured financial management practices. Moreover, the program increased participants’ confidence and motivation to initiate tourism-based creative businesses. These results suggest that the Beach-Hub Creative model can contribute to strengthening youth entrepreneurship and promoting sustainable economic development in coastal tourism communities.
