Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the sharia label on consumer decision-making using a neuromarketing approach through eye tracking and facial coding techniques. The research is motivated by the limited visual attention consumers give to Sharia labels in Islamic banking promotions, as well as increasing consumer skepticism regarding the authenticity of such labels. This study employs a theoretical qualitative method based on an in-depth literature review of eye tracking, facial coding, and Muslim consumer psychology. Findings indicate that sharia labels that are minimally designed and placed in non-strategic visual areas fail in capturing initial visual attention. Furthermore, theoretical facial coding analysis suggests that positive emotional responses only emerge when the label is perceived as an authentic representation of Islamic values. Conversely, when the label is viewed merely as a marketing strategy without substance, negative emotional expressions are more likely to occur. Thus, the effectiveness of sharia labels is highly dependent on both the strength of visual design and the perceived authenticity of values factors that operate at a subconscious level and significantly influence consumer decisions level and significantly influence consumer decisions.

Abstract

The rising cost of education poses a significant challenge for families in maintaining financial stability, particularly amid fluctuating economic conditions. For Muslim families, financial planning must not only consider economic aspects but also comply with Islamic principles. Sharia-based education savings emerge as a solution to support long-term financial planning for children’s education in alignment with Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and contribution of Sharia education savings as a financial planning instrument for Muslim families, as well as to evaluate the application of Sharia principles in such products. A qualitative approach was employed using library research methods, with data collected from various sources, including books, scholarly journals, DSN-MUI fatwas, and official documents from Islamic financial institutions. The data were analyzed using content analysis with a descriptive analytical approach. The findings reveal that Sharia education savings can serve as an effective financial instrument for Muslim families in preparing education funds in a systematic and Sharia-compliant manner. The product emphasizes transparency in contracts and avoids elements of riba (interest), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (speculation). However, challenges remain, particularly in the form of low Sharia financial literacy and limited public understanding of the product’s benefits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the moral formation of adolescents through Pierre Bourdieu's habitus theory from the perspective of Islamic Educational Psychology. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, which examines the concepts of habitus, capital, and domain according to Bourdieu as well as Islamic educational literature on value habituation, role models, and supervision (muroqabah). The results show that the moral formation of adolescents occurs through repeated social interactions until they are internalized within them. If adolescents' habitus is formed by an environment that is permissive of violence and negative content, deviant behavior is more likely to emerge. Conversely, an Islamic habitus based on faith, noble morals, and the habituation of worship can strengthen adolescents' moral control and encourage the creation of positive behavior. Thus, the integration of habitus theory with the perspective of Islamic Educational Psychology can provide a comprehensive framework for formulating strategies for adolescent moral education in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This article examines national criticism of the crisis of democracy and social injustice in Indonesia through the lens of Pancasila philosophy from the perspective of Islamic education. The purpose of this study is to reaffirm the relevance of Islamic education as a moral force in building a civilized and normative approach, analyzing the thoughts of key figures as well as literature related to democracy, Pancasila, and Islamic education. The findings indicate that the democratic crisis is characterized by constitutional distortions and elite domination, while social injustice arises from structural inequality. Islamic education plays a crucial role in instilling the values of justice and social responsibility, thereby serving as a strategic foundation for realizing a just and dignified society.

Abstract

The vocational education program is a process of developing potential, talent, and expertise to make individuals who are proficient in operating computers which are for provision in developing themselves, and the profession, and can help increase job opportunities for the community in a better direction. The vocational education program carried out by LKP ANDIKOM provided various kinds of training and mentoring courses for free such as operating Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with graphic designs in the form of Photoshop and CorelDraw. The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts of vocational education through computer technology facilities at the Andikom Jatirogo training and education institution in achieving capacity, talent, and independent business development. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation are used as a complement to obtaining data as information material. The results showed that the work skills education program efforts through computer technology facilities carried out by LKP ANDIKON Jatirogo in assisting the improvement of community welfare were carried out with a development framework (enabling) the creation their job opportunities regarding financial management, marketing, and product distribution.
