Abstract

Education plays a strategic role in shaping national character and preparing future generations to compete in the global era. Its function is not limited to the transfer of knowledge but also includes instilling moral values, building personality, and fostering social awareness. In the context of Islamic education, collaboration between parents and teachers becomes a fundamental foundation for nurturing adolescents’ character, especially in the digital era, which brings new challenges such as declining discipline, weak digital ethics, and low social awareness. This study aims to analyze strategies of collaboration between parents and teachers in strengthening adolescents’ moral education at SMKN 1 Blora, while also identifying obstacles encountered in the collaboration process, such as digital literacy gaps, parents’ time constraints, and fragmented responsibilities between home and school. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The findings reveal that forms of collaboration are manifested through intensive communication, parenting programs, supervision of technology use, habituation of religious activities, and parents’ involvement in school activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pemasaran mukenah bordir Bangil melalui pemanfaatan platform digital, khususnya Instagram dan Shopee. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada semakin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital yang mendorong pelaku usaha, termasuk usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), untuk beradaptasi dengan sistem pemasaran yang lebih modern dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung di lokasi usaha, dan dokumentasi kegiatan pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha mukenah bordir di Bangil umumnya masih mengandalkan strategi konvensional seperti penjualan melalui jaringan pemborong dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut. Namun, setelah diperkenalkan pada strategi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan e-commerce, pelaku usaha mulai menunjukkan ketertarikan terhadap penggunaan platform seperti Instagram dan Shopee. Penerapan strategi pemasaran digital ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan visibilitas produk, menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, serta mempercepat proses transaksi penjualan. Instagram digunakan sebagai media promosi visual yang efektif, sedangkan Shopee dimanfaatkan untuk mempermudah proses jual beli secara daring. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital memiliki potensi besar dalam membantu pelaku UMKM lokal untuk tumbuh dan bersaing di pasar yang lebih kompetitif. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan praktik pemasaran digital dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar, khususnya di sektor industri kreatif berbasis tradisi seperti mukenah bordir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan relevansi antara growth mindset dengan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di era Society 5.0. Growth mindset mengacu pada pandangan individu terhadap kemampuan dan potensi diri, dengan keyakinan bahwa kemampuan dapat dikembangkan melalui upaya, latihan, dan pengalaman belajar yang berkelanjutan. Sementara itu, Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar memberikan kebebasan kepada sekolah dalam merancang kurikulum yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan dan potensi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan studi literatur dan analisis konseptual. Penelitian ini menggabungkan konsep growth mindset dan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar untuk mengidentifikasi keterkaitan antara keduanya di era Society 5.0. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis secara tematik untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang relevansi dan implikasi praktis dari penggabungan kedua konsep ini dalam konteks pendidikan masa kini. Hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana implementasi konsep Growth Mindset dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di era Society 5.0 dan bagaimana pendekatan growth mindset dapat mengembangkan kemampuan adaptasi dan inovasi dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar di era Society 5.0. Temuan ini akan memberikan informasi yang berharga tentang cara mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip growth mindset ke dalam pendekatan kurikulum yang adaptif, memfasilitasi pengembangan kemampuan belajar siswa, ketahanan mental, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis yang dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi perubahan yang cepat dan kompleks.Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam konteks pendidikan masa depan, di mana kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan siswa yang memiliki sikap dan keterampilan adaptif menjadi semakin penting. Dengan memahami relevansi growth mindset dengan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di era Society 5.0, penelitian ini dapat memberikan landasan teoritis dan rekomendasi praktis bagi pengembangan kurikulum yang mempromosikan pengembangan potensi siswa secara holistik

Abstract

Manajemen konflik merupakan rangkaian tindakan serta reaksi antara aktor dan pihak eksternal di dalam suatu konflik. Manajemen konflik yaitu pendekatan yang berorientasi pada sebuah proses yang berfokus pada sebuah bentuk komunikasi antar pihak internal dan pihak eksternal dan dampaknya pada kepentingan serta interpretasi. Sebuah organisasi, sebuah pekerjaan individu serta pekerjaan kelompok karyawan tentunya sangat berkaitan dengan pekerjaan aktor lain. Ketika konflik di sebuah organisasi muncul, komunikasi yang buruk selalu menjadi awal penyebabnya. Komunikasi yang tidak begitu efektif selalu menjadi kambing hitamnya, meskipun keputusannya salah. Konflik tidak selalu merugikan, namun konflik dapat bermanfaat dalam jangka panjang. Menurut perspektif interaksionis, konflik sebenarnya merupakan sesuatu yang patut untuk didorong karena dapat mendorong perubahan dalam suatu organisasi. Konflik dapat menimbulkan perubahan perilaku dan dapat menyebabkan pihak yang berkonflik menyadari semua kesalahannya. Dampak dari menyadari kesalahan tersebut  akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerjanya.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the implementation of short Surah recitation habituation as an effort to strengthen Islamic values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMKN 1 Blora. The study arises from the condition of vocational schools that tend to prioritize vocational skills while giving less attention to the development of religious values and character. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, involving one PAI teacher and three purposively selected twelfth-grade students. The data were analyzed using a reflexive thematic analysis technique to identify patterns and themes. The findings reveal that the teacher actively acted as both facilitator and role model by leading students to recite short Surahs for 5–10 minutes before each lesson. The habituation was carried out consistently and inclusively, initially facing challenges due to students’ limited ability in Qur’an recitation. However, through continuous guidance, motivation, and the provision of printed and digital texts, students gradually became more active participants. The practice created a religious and conducive classroom atmosphere, strengthened discipline, nurtured social attitudes, and improved Qur’an reading skills. A key factor supporting the success of this program was the active involvement of students and the teacher’s innovation in overcoming obstacles, particularly by providing accessible learning resources in both printed and digital formats to ensure inclusivity. This research concludes that the habituation of short Surah recitation serves as a simple yet effective strategy to instill Islamic values in vocational schools, with success determined by teacher exemplarity, student participation, and institutional support.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of technological innovation through the Smart School Mobile Platform (PSP) in improving students’ discipline at Pondok Pesantren Matholi’ul Hikmah, as well as to identify its impacts and challenges. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with caregivers, teachers, students, and parents, as well as documentation of the digital attendance system. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model with source and method triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that the implementation of PSP Mobile significantly enhances students’ discipline, particularly in punctuality, responsibility, and regularity in learning and worship activities. The platform also strengthens caregivers’ supervision and parents’ engagement through real-time monitoring, while improving the efficiency and transparency of pesantren management. Challenges include limited digital literacy among parents, internet dependency, and high initial operational costs. Overall, PSP Mobile effectively supports adaptive and participatory pesantren governance in the digital era without neglecting the traditional Islamic educational values that characterize pesantren education.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of students’ critical thinking skills in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education and Character (PAIBP) at SMKN 2 Blora. Therefore, an appropriate learning method is needed to encourage student participation and develop critical thinking skills, one of which is the brainstorming method. This study aims to describe the implementation of the brainstorming method in PAIBP learning, examine the development of students’ critical thinking skills after the implementation of the method, and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the brainstorming method was carried out through several stages, namely providing problem stimuli, collecting ideas freely, grouping and clarifying ideas, and drawing conclusions together. The application of this method was able to increase students’ active participation and encourage the development of critical thinking skills in PAIBP learning. Supporting factors include teacher readiness, students’ enthusiasm, and a conducive classroom atmosphere, while the inhibiting factors include limited learning time and differences in students’ self-confidence levels.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the important role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering students’ independent learning in schools. Independent learning is an important aspect that students must possess in order to take responsibility for their own learning process. In this context, the authority and discipline of teachers are factors that can influence the development of students’ learning independence. This study aims to describe the role of the authority and discipline of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering students’ independent learning at SMK Negeri 1 Blora, to examine the development of students’ learning independence, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of Islamic Religious Education teachers and several students at SMK Negeri 1 Blora. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the authority and discipline of Islamic Religious Education teachers play an important role in fostering students’ independent learning. Teacher authority is reflected in firmness, exemplary behavior, and the ability to manage the classroom effectively. Meanwhile, teacher discipline is reflected in consistency in carrying out responsibilities, such as punctuality, preparation of learning materials, and consistent implementation of classroom rules. These attitudes positively influence the development of students’ independent learning, including increased responsibility in completing assignments, active participation in learning, and the ability to learn independently. Supporting factors include teacher role modeling, students’ learning motivation, and a conducive classroom environment. The inhibiting factors include differences in students’ characteristics and varying levels of self-confidence.
