Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of legal understanding and education to family resilience in the Kelurahan Jagabaya III community, Bandar Lampung. Family resilience is crucial for social stability, particularly in the face of globalization and rapid societal changes, with legal and educational factors playing a significant role in strengthening family dynamics. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach supported by action research, collecting primary data through field observations, interviews, and documentation of intervention activities. The study finds that family resilience is a dynamic process influenced by internal and external factors such as legal knowledge and education. Families with higher legal literacy experience fewer conflicts and stronger relationships, while education enhances family problem-solving and adaptability. The integration of legal education within family dynamics shows positive outcomes, with community-based programs significantly improving resilience. Furthermore, the research emphasizes the need for educational interventions and legal literacy programs to strengthen families. This study contributes to the understanding of family resilience by highlighting the interplay between legal knowledge and education in fostering stability.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has reconstructed the pattern of social interactions among the younger generation, particularly Gen Z, who are increasingly influenced by identity representation through social media platforms such as TikTok. This platform no longer functions merely as a means of entertainment but has evolved into a space for identity production and social standardization, including in defining criteria for life partners. This study aims to examine how partner standards formed on TikTok are understood and negotiated by students of the 2022 cohort of the Islamic Family Law Study Program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung, from the perspective of Maslahah mursalah. Using a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach through questionnaires distributed to 91 respondents, the study finds that although TikTok provides an initial influence in constructing perceptions of the ideal partner, final decisions are filtered through religious values, morality, and the principles of maqasid al-shariah. TikTok serves only as a secondary reference, while religiosity, morality, and responsibility are positioned as primary criteria. The findings affirm that young Muslim generations possess digital literacy capacities grounded in Islamic values and are able to negotiate algorithmic standards with Sharia-based norms.

Abstract

Plesetan bahasa memunculkan fenomena baru dalam variasi bahasa sehingga dapat membuat makna baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penggunaan plesetan fonologis memengaruhi makna dan tujuan suatu bahasa. Fokus penelitian terletak pada plesetan fonologis di media sosial X dan TikTok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data primer berasal dari tangkapan layar komentar dan cuitan dalam media sosial X dan TikTok. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak bebas libat cakap dengan teknik lanjutan berupa tangkapan layar dan teknik catat. Proses analisis data menggunakan metode padan referensial dengan teknik pilah unsur penentu. Selanjutnya, digunakan metode agih dengan teknik bagi unsur langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beragam bentuk plesetan fonologis pada komentar dan cuitan di media sosial X dan TikTok meliputi bentuk metatesis, bentuk asimilasi, bentuk modifikasi vokal, bentuk disimilasi, bentuk paragog, dan bentuk paronomasia. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa plesetan bahasa bukan hanya digunakan dalam konteks humor, tetapi dapat digunakan sebagai sindiran dan bentuk satir tergantung konteks dan tujuannya.
