Abstract

This service aims to educate and socialize MSME players about the application of digital marketing in improving the MSME economy during the Covid 19 pandemic. This service was carried out at Fatriosal Kayu Utama MSME which is located on Jl. Darussalam Gg. Kenanga 2 RT 02 RW 04 Bukit Cermin Village. UMKM Fatriosal Kayu Utama was founded in 2018, even though it has been around for a long time, this business has not shown great development. This is because Fatriosal Main Kayu MSMEs have several limitations, such as the main raw materials for production which are difficult to find in Tanjungpinang City, limited production tools, lack of knowledge about marketing strategies in the digital world, lack of recognition of market places and digital literacy. To solve this problem, our group in this service activity will run the programs, namely: a) digital marketing strategy; b) know the market place, accessibility, types and features; and c) the role of digital literacy in the world market. The methods we use in implementing the program consist of socialization, interviews and practice methods

Abstract

This service aims to educate and socialize MSME players about the use of e-commerce, WhatsApp business and the Seabank application in improving the economy of Flannel Flower MSMEs during the Covid 19 pandemic. Flannel Flower MSMEs are located on Jl. Mirror Hill, Simpang Gg. Diana No.1 Tanjungpinang and was established on August 18, 2016. Since its establishment, this business has not developed rapidly. This is because Flannel Flower MSMEs have several problems, such as not having a business license issued by the local sub-district (Bukit Cermin), never having attended training related to E-markets, product marketing is still around Tanjungpinang, using the Whatsapp application which is still a personal account, and all work is managed by yourself. Therefore, in order to help business owners develop their businesses, we run programs namely: a) outreach about e-commerce, Shopee, Seabank and WhatsApp business; b) e-commerce practices, namely creating a Flannel Flower UMKM shopee account and creating a seabank account; c) whatsapp business socialization and submission of business licenses; d) submission of to do list boards, evaluation of work programs, and distribution of souvenirs. The methods used in running the program include socialization, discussion and practice methods. The result of implementing this program is that the Flannel Flower UMKM has a business license from Bukit Cermin Village, has switched to using WhatsApp business and a Shopee account to carry out product sales transactions. However, the use of the Shopee account has not been maximized due to limited free shipping outside the Sumatra region and the difficulty of finding packing materials such as wooden packaging so that Flowel Flannel products do not experience any damage in the middle of the journey. Meanwhile, the use of the Seabank application cannot be realized because business owners are still hesitant to use online savings and are still comfortable using conventional banks.

Abstract

The problem faced by Pengudang Village when we conducted the survey was that the community still lacked knowledge and training related to social media as a business promotion tool. This is due to the location of Pengudang Village which is far from the city center and there are no facilities or staff to provide outreach to the community regarding the digital era for promotion. We see that the potentials of Pengudang Village have not been maximized properly. Therefore, we provide training and marketing assistance through e-commerce to MSMEs Miniature Pinisi Ships which aim to boost the MSME economy again. We focus on marketing through e-commerce for MSMEs Miniature Pinisi Ships through social media Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp by creating a new Instagram account for the business and tidying up the business owner's Facebook account while WhatsApp still uses the business owner's personal account. The marketing steps through social media are by posting photos of the business product in the form of Miniature Pinisi Ships on the social media accounts mentioned above as well as describing the method of manufacture and materials used to make products and procedures for ordering or purchasing Miniature Pinisi Ships

Abstract

Offline marketing is a direct selling method, in which marketers or manufacturers approach customers directly with the products and services offered. The purpose of this research is to find out what strategies are being carried out in offline marketing for micro-miniature Pinisi ships in Pengundang village in increasing consumer interest. the method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. data obtained from interview documentation. The results of this study indicate that the result of offline marketing for the miniature Pinisi ship SMEs is that they can market the miniature ships through brochures, business cards as the identity of the UMKM which makes it easier if anyone wants to order the miniature. Apart from that, nameplates are also installed on the side of the road so that it has an impact on making it easier to find the public address of the miniature Pinisi ship, which will attract tourists or other consumers as souvenirs while in Pengudang Village.

Abstract

Simple bookkeeping is a documentation process carried out by employers in a structured manner by collecting data and information related to the company's financial reports. Usually, this simple bookkeeping consists of all financial reports in a company. Financial documentation that is recorded is usually related to assets, expenses, capital, income , budget, prices with output results in the form of presentation of financial reports. The purpose of bookkeeping activities in a business is to reduce or minimize the risk of losing products, assets, and even money belonging to the company. The problem we encountered in Pengudang Village, more precisely at KUBE Jaya Abadi is these business actors do not yet know the importance of a bookkeeping. As a result, they do not know how much their income and expenses are while their business is running. For this reason, we held an "Accounting Training for Simple Bookkeeping for KUBE Jaya Abadi Pengudang Village" which we aimed at business people, especially members of KUBE Jaya Abadi. The method we used during our research was observation and outreach. The results of the survey that we have conducted, the bookkeeping at KUBE Jaya Abadi is still not effective so we have made the bookkeeping into 3 books, namely the production record book, income book, and financial report book. With this activity, it is hoped that it can help improve the performance of business finances carried out and make it easier for business actors to prepare financial reports that are made

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh soft skill dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 132 orang mahasiswa prodi akuntansi dan 284 orang dari prodi manajemen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive random sampling dengan total sampel yaitu 204 orang mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 139 orang mahasiswa prodi manajemen dan 65 orang dari prodi akuntansi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Objek penlitian ini adalah mahasiswa STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang Program Studi Akuntansi dan Manajemen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji kualitas data, uji asumsi kllasik, analisis linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel soft skil berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2.942 > ttabel yang sebesar 1.971. variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6.393 > ttabel yang sebesar 1.971. Variabel soft skill dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan nilai fhitung 27.500 > ftabel . Sedangkan nilai Adjust R square sebesar 0,207 yaitu atau 20,7%. Sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel soft skill dan motivasi kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatnya soft skill dan motivasi kerja, maka akan meningkatkan kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang.
