Abstract

Introduction: Material composite is ingredient congested when two or more materials, each with characteristics, are combined to make material new which nature more superior than component the main thing is in certain applications. Method: In this study, composite bearing specimens were made using the method compression molding with two variation composition that is HDPE 60% + fiber nylon 5% + epoxy 35% and composition HDPE 60% + 10% nylon fiber + 30% epoxy. This manufacturing method is done by inserting recycled HDPE, fiber, nylon, and epoxy resin into the mold. Next, the pressing process is carried out with a hydraulic press and heated at a temperature of 220°C using oven electricity. Results: Results testing material shows strong bending highest on variation composition HDPE 60% + fiber nylon 10% + Epoxy 30% that is as big as 17.21 MPa. Strength bending in this composition has increased from previous studies with a bending strength of 15.66 Mpa, but not yet. Fulfill standard bearing rail composite JIS E 1203:2007 as big as 17.5 MPa. Results testing pull with standard ASTM D638 obtained the highest tensile strength at 60% HDPE + 10% nylon fiber + 30% epoxy of 8.64 Mpa. Tensile strength on composition this experience enhancement from a previous study of 0.5041 MPa. Conclusion: Prototype bearing rail train fire composite made to a 1:4 scale of the original size, which refers to standard JIS E 1203:2007. Prototype bearing rail train fire conducted material testing using bending and tensile tests.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan eksekusi putusan perkara perdata seharusnya menjadi suatu hal yang krusial karena berkaitan dengan pemenuhan hak-hak Pemohon Eksekusi secara konkrit sesuai isi putusan guna mewujudkan keadilan dan kepastian hukum sepenuhnya. Kenyataannya, putusan perkara perdata Nomor 9/Pdt.G/2017/PN Lrt belum dapat dilaksanakan sebab harta milik Tergugat yang telah diletakkan sita jaminan dalam perkara perdata tersebut oleh putusan perkara TPPU Nomor 254/Pid.Sus/2017/PN Kpg menetapkan barang bukti berupa beberapa aset-aset Terdakwa dikembalikan kepada Penuntut Umum untuk dipergunakan dalam perkara lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis tentang kekuatan eksekutorial putusan perkara perdata terhadap objek eksekusi yang disita oleh Jaksa dalam perkara pidana di Pengadilan Negeri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif yaitu penelitian yang meletakkan hukum sebagai sebuah bangunan sistem norma yakni asas-asas, norma, kaidah dari peraturan perundangan, putusan pengadilan, perjanjian serta doktrin (ajaran). Perolehan bahan hukum dilakukan melalui penelitian kepustakaan yakni melalui pengumpulan bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan meskipun putusan perkara perdata mempunyai kekuatan eksekutorial terhadap objek eksekusi yang disita oleh Jaksa dalam perkara pidana, namun terdapat syarat yang harus dipenuhi yaitu mengetahui apakah barang bukti masih diperlukan dalam pembuktian perkara pidana lain atau barang bukti sudah tidak diperlukan dalam pembuktian perkara pidana lain.

Abstract

The Aluminum alloy 6061 material is used to make components for light trains such as underframes, sidewalls, roofs, and endwalls. A joining process called welding is used to make train components. In the connection process using welding, many stages must be considered, such as the design stage starting from selecting the type of welding, to choosing the seam angle used. This research aims to determine the effect of the shape of the seam on GTAW welding on bending tests on aluminum alloy 6061 material. The shape of the seam used in this research is a variation of the shape of the seam square groove, V groove, and double V groove. The research method used is research by conducting tests, based on the treatment given to the test material, namely welding using GTAW welding on aluminum alloy 6061. To determine the strength of the joint, bending tests are carried out, and calculation of the bending strength and modulus of elasticity value so that the shape of the joint can be determined. Has a high elasticity value. After welding and bending tests were carried out, the highest average bending strength result was 94.83 MPa in the double V groove seam shape variation, and for the specimen that had the lowest bending strength it was 41.299 MPa in the square groove seam shape variation. The elastic modulus calculation was carried out showing that the largest elastic modulus value in the Double V groove seam shape was 295.929 MPa.
