Abstract

Railway and road transportation are land transportation that service users widely use because these modes play an important role in community activities, especially people on the island of Java. The train is a mass transportation with many advantages over other transportation, especially as a solution to the congestion problem in the country. Level crossing is a meeting between the railroad and the highway. Level crossings must meet the standard requirements set by the relevant agencies including geometric conditions, free space and wake space, and visibility so that level crossings are comfortable and safe for vehicles to pass through. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the geometric conditions, free space and shape as well as the visibility of level crossings. This study uses field observations and data from DAOP 7 Madiun to compare field conditions with requirements. The research was conducted at level crossings, namely JPL 136 and JPL 138 Kota Madiun.

Abstract

One of the problems that occur at Madiun Station is the need for modal integration. Modal integration can be interpreted as a complete integration of the types or forms (transport) used to move people and goods from one place (origin) to another (destination). Some problems related to modal integration at Madiun Station are not optimal pedestrian facilities, no clear drop zone point for public transport passengers, and more information instructions regarding connecting transportation. In this study, data collection methods were used by observing the existing conditions of the modal integration facilities in the Sriwijaya Earth Station area. Furthermore, a survey was conducted on LRT passengers at Madiun Station regarding the characteristics of LRT service users and the public's willingness to access modal integration facilities. This study uses the Modal Interaction Matrix and Trip Segment Analysis Method. The results of this study using the Modal Interaction Matrix analysis show that the modal integration facility in the Madiun Station area has an interaction level of -160 or can be categorized as a bad interaction. By providing a proposal for the location of the modal integration facility, it can be seen that the interaction value of the modal integration facility at the Sriwijaya Earth Station has increased to -80 or has a Good category. Furthermore, through calculations using the Trip Segment Analysis method, the greatest time value is for public transport users when they want to access the station or when they want to leave the station. The value of the time needed to access the station for public transport users is 15.3 minutes. And it takes 14.4 minutes for train service users who get off at Madiun Station and want to continue their journey using public transportation.

Abstract

Introduction: The Solo Balapan-Kadipiro elevated line project is considered to have a high risk of danger because the project is in direct contact with the highway and is located between residential areas. Hence, it can cause work accidents for employees or workers at the project site. This study aims to identify the risks of precast channel installation work, Geotextile installation. Method: Roadwork uses the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and carries out a risk control strategy to prevent work accidents in the work area. Risk identification in construction projects is carried out based on field observations and risk observations in the hazard identification risk assessment and risk control (HIRARC) documents and job safety analysis (JSA) documents prepared by HSE, to be further validated through a preliminary questionnaire to respondents. Furthermore, the respondents assessed the Severity, Occurrence, and detection levels by filling out the main questionnaire using a predetermined rating scale. Result: risk analysis using the FMEA method shows that the risk of landslide excavation walls in excavation activities ranks highest in road work with a total RPN value of 460.8. Being hit and hit by heavy equipment during excavation activities is the highest risk in Geotextile Installation work, with a total RPN of 405.5, while in Precast Canal Installation work, The risk of being hit by a passing train when marking and staking out is the highest risk with RPN 344.1. Conclusion: the results of a review of HIRARC and JSA documents show there are 49 risks consisting of 14 risks in precast channel installation work, 19 risks in geotextile installation work, 16 risks in road bodywork

Abstract

Pelaksanaan eksekusi putusan perkara perdata seharusnya menjadi suatu hal yang krusial karena berkaitan dengan pemenuhan hak-hak Pemohon Eksekusi secara konkrit sesuai isi putusan guna mewujudkan keadilan dan kepastian hukum sepenuhnya. Kenyataannya, putusan perkara perdata Nomor 9/Pdt.G/2017/PN Lrt belum dapat dilaksanakan sebab harta milik Tergugat yang telah diletakkan sita jaminan dalam perkara perdata tersebut oleh putusan perkara TPPU Nomor 254/Pid.Sus/2017/PN Kpg menetapkan barang bukti berupa beberapa aset-aset Terdakwa dikembalikan kepada Penuntut Umum untuk dipergunakan dalam perkara lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis tentang kekuatan eksekutorial putusan perkara perdata terhadap objek eksekusi yang disita oleh Jaksa dalam perkara pidana di Pengadilan Negeri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif yaitu penelitian yang meletakkan hukum sebagai sebuah bangunan sistem norma yakni asas-asas, norma, kaidah dari peraturan perundangan, putusan pengadilan, perjanjian serta doktrin (ajaran). Perolehan bahan hukum dilakukan melalui penelitian kepustakaan yakni melalui pengumpulan bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan meskipun putusan perkara perdata mempunyai kekuatan eksekutorial terhadap objek eksekusi yang disita oleh Jaksa dalam perkara pidana, namun terdapat syarat yang harus dipenuhi yaitu mengetahui apakah barang bukti masih diperlukan dalam pembuktian perkara pidana lain atau barang bukti sudah tidak diperlukan dalam pembuktian perkara pidana lain.
