Abstract

This study aims to analyze the land and building tax management system in rural and urban areas, its effect on local revenue in Tambrauw Regency and the inhibiting factors that affect the management of PBB in increasing PAD in Tambrauw Regency. This type of research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach, namely explaining the management of rural and urban land and building taxes at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Tambrauw Regency by conducting interviews, observations, and document review. This research was conducted at the office of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency, Tambrauw Regency. This study uses primary and secondary data types. The results of the study indicate that the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency of Tambrauw Regency in managing rural and urban land and building taxes to increase local revenue based on three management functions, namely planning, implementation, and supervision has not been maximized, and the inhibiting factors that affect the management of PBB in increasing PAD in Tambrauw Regency, piled on obstacles that occur because it is known that there are two inhibiting factors, namely internal and external factors, namely as follows: a) Internal, namely regulations (Perda, Perbup, SOP) that are not yet good and incomplete, limited supporting facilities, such as operational vehicles, and performance of ASN OPD BPPRD that is not yet maximal, b) External, namely coordination between OPD and other stakeholders that is not yet effective, understanding of taxpayers is low, and commitment and coordination of regional leaders is weak. Abstract

Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan, tekanan teman sebaya (peer pressure) sering memotivasi remaja untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perilaku konsumtif tertentu—mulai dari tren fashion, gadget, hingga pilihan makanan dan hiburan—demi diterima atau diakui dalam kelompok sosialnya. Struktur ekonomi lokal yang sering bergantung pada mata pencaharian tradisional (seperti perikanan, dan perdagangan kecil), serta keterbatasan akses layanan dan infrastruktur, memengaruhi kehidupan keluarga dan remaja di sana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tekanan teman sebaya dan kondisi ekonomi keluarga terhadap pola konsumsi remaja di Pulau Soop. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 144 responden dan teknik analisis data yang digunana adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian uji T; variabel X1 (teman sebaya) adalah 0.020 < 0.05 dan nilai t-hitung (3.071) > t-tabel (2.042). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel teman sebaya (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap pola konsumsi (Y); variabel X2 (kondisi ekonomi keluarga) adalah 0.025 < 0.05 dan nilai t-hitung (3.682) > t-tabel (2.042). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kondisi keuangan keluarga (X2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap pola konsumsi (Y), dan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel X1 (teman sebaya) dan X2 (kondisi keuangan keluarga) secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel pola konsumsi (Y).

Abstract

Siswa SMP saat ini tumbuh dalam ekosistem digital yang sangat masif. Kemudahan transaksi melalui e-wallet, fitur top-up dalam permainan daring, serta godaan belanja daring melalui media sosial (social commerce) menciptakan perilaku konsumtif yang impulsif. Tanpa kontrol diri dan pengetahuan yang baik, siswa cenderung sulit membedakan antara kebutuhan (needs) dan keinginan (wants), yang berpotensi menyebabkan perilaku boros sejak dini. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep-konsep dasar keuangan secara signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kenaikan nilai rata-rata Post-test sebesar 40% dibandingkan nilai Pre-test. Siswa kini mampu mengidentifikasi perbedaan antara kebutuhan mendesak dan keinginan konsumtif serta memahami prinsip dasar nilai waktu dari uang (time value of money).

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pasar Obor, Sorong, play a vital economic role yet face challenges regarding conventional operations, weak branding, and mixed finances. This community service program aimed to enhance the competence of 40 MSMEs through training in digital marketing, branding, and financial management. Using a participatory approach, the methods included interactive lectures, AI utilization for marketing content, packaging innovation, and simple bookkeeping. Evaluation results demonstrated significant improvement in participant understanding, achieving an aggregate post-test score of 78.1 (Digital Marketing: 76.8; Branding: 85.5; Finance: 72.0). It is concluded that contextual mentoring effectively transforms MSME mindsets toward technology adaptation and professional governance. Consequently, support for free internet infrastructure and business legality is recommended to sustain these economic impacts.
